It’s been months since my ex boyfriend broke up with me and i just realized that the only reason why i was still holding on was because i felt guilty for letting a good person go, i felt uncomfortable admitting that i can be happy even without him. Also i felt like completely stoping thinking about him means that what we had was not that special, that it meant nothing and that i just wasted one year and a half of my life (i’m 19). Also realized that it was not my first time having obsessions and it never (not even once) was about the person, just me trying to avoid or searching some type of feeling.
