You do realize pro athletes have the best trainers, he does know what he’s doing and it’s not like athletes are dumber than the average person, they are smarter because the have to remember so much stuff and use more brain power day to day than regular people, also every single person in the nfl has been to college for 3-4 years minimum. And position coaches and nfl strength and conditioning staff usually find personal trainers for them, these guys have to top line trainers and workout plans/equipment.
Why wouldn't he just have them do some kind of squatting or even split-squatting if he was interested in core stability and on-field performance? As edge rushers, they're gonna need explosive power way more than than the gimmicky endurance stuff he's got them doing. This goes to show you that top-tier athletes are at that level despite their training, not because of it.
@@LagMasterSam Generally, when we're fatigued, our form breaks down. That means we're more likely to get injured, even with lighter weights. You can achieve stability through full range of motion with the exercises I just listed.
You also gotta remember Micah is an elite athlete who has already developed insane strength and speed. This purpose could be more so for function and injury prevention rather than building muscle/ just strength.
UA-cam abusing tf out these double ads bruh
😂
ever heard of an adblocker
You ain’t never lied

I don’t think people realize how crazy it is to sprint for 30 seconds 10 times lol
That’s alot, 10-15 seconds of sprinting 10 times is a lot, m it shows the level these athletes are at
Because it wasn’t sprinting
@@zakRA1 What was it?
Not really sprinting
Sprinting for 30 seconds is like running roughly 200m. Doing that 10 times means cumulatively sprinting 2000m. That's over a mile of sprinting! lmao
Wish he was in Philly
Dr.Mike about to make another vid! 30 seconds on a sprint? Do we understand energy systems?
lol what did he say? If you’re going 30 you aren’t going hard enough or something ? lol I wanna see
lance is the real deal when it comes to footwork, a legend in Harrisburg!
I feel like this video is long to be long and could be a little shorter and still convey the same feeling
I was just thinking the same thing. Could’ve chopped this up to 7 mins forreal.
Lets go Dolo!! Got Micah in Brooklyn!

I totally agree.
They need stability through full range of motion, in all body positions, and while exhausted to minimize injuries.
