All the NVH warnings from my personal experience on my WRX were more fear mongering than any else. With all the suspension and driveline mods I have done in theory my WRX should be an NVH hot mess! 🤣🤣 I doubt you will notice any negative NVH issues. You should however notice a tauter more responsive driver experience. Less lag time from less driveline movement which means more gets to the ground. ENJOY 😊
@@donculver8671 I have done a lot of drive line and suspension mods on my 15 WRX as stated. And will be doing more. Eliminating losses and sponginess in the driveline translates into more to the ground and a better driving input output response. I even put in a carbon fiber driveshaft. And the nice part about these mods is "no tuning required" and "no risk to ones engine".
Great install I recommend quick jacks for a lift super affordable for any car enthusiast that’s working on their car often and super portable I’ve had mine 3 years now no issues fantastic customer support from them also
Great install! Can't wait to see the review. Curious to see if it helps out with 1st to 2nd and starting out. I just did my rear differential bushings. Definitely tighter but feel the differential carrier is also necessary.
Love the vids man! Not sure if you already did, but it would be cool if you could either have a list or make a video of all the driver focused mods you have. Just because I'm always looking to make the car more fun to drive lmao
Hey for my 2021 sti I installed iag transmission mount and the positive bushings it makes all the sound of a race car also same day I replaced the shifter bushings alone with the Perrine reverse lock the only thing I didn't replace was the shifter 2021 sti came from factory with a short shifter and I like the high of the shifter only thing I have not got to get please is the flying wheel sound when I stop with the car on in neutral I think it's the flying wheel sound that happens after the installed those parts but I love it
Torque specs for VA chassis STI from FSM are: Front crossmember - 140 ft lbs for the 2 outer bolts and 70 ft lbs for the 2 nuts in the middle where it attaches to center crossmember Center crossmember - 70 ft lbs for the 2 bolts where it connects to rear crossmember Trans mount - 35 ft lbs Rear crossmember - 70 ft lbs 4x bolts
Not a big deal, but definitely not possible to install it with the mount together. Maybe on a lift where you can use a wrench, but sockets wouldn’t work.
@@Scoobyfreak86 is that stereo head unit installed in your car.. is that compatible with GPS and rear view camera? if yes then everything is working fine for you?
I’ve been in quite a few bagged setups. Ride terrible and diminishes much of what the STI is all about…the handling. I can appreciate a clean bagged build, but I like to drive my cars.

@2015 WRXMAN Good to hear as this mod is on my to do list for my '20 WRX!

Thanks for detailed how to (without instructions), pretty funny. Love the mid point jack reference, missed that in your prior videos.

Definitely can get that done!

This car could be a Perrin catalog
Perrin makes good stuff.
the whiteline positive shift bushing kit would have been great to install at the same time

little off topic of the video, but just curious what side skirts are you running?

What front lip is that and side pieces? Love the look

Yup lol tried to do the same, great mount but should of came disassembled just so that we know

Please let me know if the trans mount is worth it or if makes the car noise and vibrations increase. Can’t decide if I should go with it or not.

Yes. Link is in description for it. I have a few videos on it. Idoing
@@Scoobyfreak86 one last question.. would you say trans mount is better or diff mount? for overall better drivability and less NVM?
Diff bushings alone made a bigger difference overall with no nvh.
Have you thought about putting the STI on bags??
Nope and never will
