great vid and thanks for posting, you think the camcorder could attached to a 3 arm suction mount and be used in a car for recording road trips. I may need to have the camcorder on my right attached to the bottom left corner of the window. Cheers Glenn v from NZ
How do I know if I’m using 30x optical or 60x digital? It’s kinda confusing when you don’t have actual data telling you. Other than that, I’m in love with this camera
If u NEED the mic input and slightly better quality yes get the Panasonic. But just for basic stuff get the Sony. The Panasonic has better auto focusing too. What will u be using it for?
@@Darkmstr thanks, not sure exactly what for yet. The possibilities seem greater with the panasonic as the video is impeccable and it is possible to mic it up too.
I am looking for a budget option. Stumbled upon panasonic 895 and this one. I want to livestream with these cams and thinking to buy atleast 3 and get them hooked up with atem mini pro iso video switcher. Are these good to connect woth switcher and teach DJing to people from different angles? Would you recommend these cams to me? Atem only accepta HDMI input. Panasonic is in my budget but should i buy for my purpose? Can it provide clean hdmi output? Please help.. Thanks..
Sometimes a simple video without words is all it takes to make a great review 👍
Easily the best review of this camcorder. Thank you champion
Yes. Like video with 405 footage. Looks great
i just picked one up for 82€ used in very good condition and i love this camcorder!

Does the screen spin in both ways silly question
Would it be worth spending the extra money on the Panasonic HC-785 instead of the sony? including the fact it has the mic input too?

The PlayMemories Home software mentioned in the Operating Guide is no longer supported by Sony. What is the replacement?
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.playmemories.mobile
This is the new app
Nice camera wish I had one 😂
@king same!!
I just got this camera for plane spotting but because of the low resolution the video test came out for me, is it just the memory card?
Make sure it's set to optical zoom only. If u use the digital zoom it'll look bad
If it’s set to 350x zoom will it be at least better quality if that’s what your saying?
@@wordsmit1954 yup only use the optical zoom. Cause after it Max out it'll start using digital zoom
I have tried 350x zoom but still doesn’t improve Quality even on highest quality mode
Or should i try something else?
Can it take good photos
They're decent
@@Darkmstr alright then .
