@@KardavoxAcademy You just answered the singer of WBTBWB, in case you didnt notice ;)
Ultra geiler Song von euch, Danke!
Tobi!!! Ich bin so froh, dass du wieder in der band bist!! Been listening since Das Monster. ❤️ you actually helped me learn German while I was taking classes in high school! Can’t wait for Das Album!
Tobi, teach me master! 😀
Ooooooh, I'm so here for this. Hahahaha. Cannot wait!
Video definitely did not disappoint. I loved Mark's breakdown of Tobi's vocals, and this was so fun.
Right?! I dont normally do premieres. Just usually wait, but this is one that I was johnny on the spot for. Loved it.
@Dr S4T4N that's totally Bullshit ! Tobi is a beast on stage !
reactors unite
Hey Tank, is it time for him to do a video on Orbit Culture or what? :)
@Dr S4T4N Hate to break it to you, but most probably a lot of the bands you like are using, drumsamples, digital instruments and more "not-real-music"-stuff. Using drumsamples instead of newly recorded drums is kinda industry standard. Autotune is not something magical, that makes any vocal sound good. It is a tool to automatically correct the pitch of note. And here is some special wiki for you: No one ever uses the actual autotune effect to correct flat or sharp singing. It is basically used to actively achieve this wobbly, synthetic vocalsound most trap artists want. Ready for some more, so you can show off with your friends? Okay, here we go: 95% of music released since 2005 or so uses pitch correction. Meaning the engineer corrects every sung note by hand/mouseclick. And that is done with everything - the very good singers and the bad - the popsingers and the metalsingers - in order to have perfectly in-tune vocals, since we all have gotten used to this. So there you have it. Read this carefully so you can look back on it to be like: "Oh this was actually pretty disrespectful towards hard working artists and not very smart." Ohhh and the most important thing: Since WBTBWB is 90% screaming - what would they use pitch correction for? Screaming has usually no pitch in that sense. And if it does, it doesn't actually matter.
What i love most about this Hypa Hypa version.. is how they recreated most of the original Video but in much cheaper xD
Haha, that's true!
The Fact that he did "casual lip singing" while he was actually singint brutal screams / shouts / squeals - almost killed me
It’s the funniest shit and mark looked away every time he did it 😂
What most seem to miss is that it’s reversed during the schlager part - the vocals are soft but the lip sync is aggressive 😄
6:06 and how he's like shouting during the calm vocal section lol
"I'm just coming off of laryngitis so I'm gonna keep it light."
Proceeds to accurately replicate brutal vocals without stress -- what a sign of technique. Cheers for the video!
Well said, exactly my thoughts :D
Someone get this man to listen to Dreh Auf!
God I love Tobi’s vocals, I’m so stoked he’s back
Same!!! I’m not usually into high screams but his are so satisfying to listen to lol
I missed him when he left and now I will miss the new-old vocalist who just left, even though I love Tobi. Life is brutal.
@Dr S4T4N different strokes for different folks. It’s fair to not care for this style, but personally I had no trouble understanding the vocals here.
@Dr S4T4N barely slam but ok
Dude Same here definitely!! 🔥🔥🔥
5:35 the "megaphone dude" is Kevin, the remaining founding vocalist of Eskimo Callboy.
Luke Griffin from Acrania, ill say it every video until you do a breakdown of "The Face of Humanity".
YO YO YO SAME SAME SAME SEME SAME
This
WBTBWB needs a new album asap. I hope this song is a hint at that
September 24 is your day then haha the new album is called "Das Album"
@@CelticDuelist if its anything like Dreh Auf (which im guessing will be on it), day one buy for me.
Since Das Album is out, the wishes were granted
@@jdm8702 in fact, I think the wishes were demolished. Das album is better then I could have imagined
Just the little vocal flexes at the end.
So sassy in this one 😂😂
the way wbtbwb did the chorus to this song is just... 😩... perfection. the highs honestly add to it a lot and thats crazy. for how silly it is its still just soo good
You should check out "dreh auf" by WBTBWB
Or "Klicks likes Fame Geil" both of them are fun and amazing!
We gotta get a recation to brojob someday
He's an awesome live shouter. Maybe you wanna react one of their originals? "Der Tag, an dem die Welt unterging" live at Imerpicon is a great video to begin.
That was not tobi, it was Paul Bartsch. Tobi was the original frontman, left for some years and is now back.
Tobi is on the album version though if you want to check that out
@@hqte5202 there is one live version of that song with tobi still there, its crazy to compare those 2 live performances
@@dominiklenner6817 I absolutely agree with you !
Try some old WBTBWB like Der Tag an dem die Welt unterging or 13 wunsche !! greetings from Poland
This song is just pure fun in every version of it. Thanks for still doing this in spite of not feeling well

I've been eagerly awaiting in hopes you reacted and analyzed this one
I loved this. Thanks for the breakdown
Glad I found your channel! Been trying to learn to do various vocal styles to get more confident with my voice and the way you explain where the sounds are coming from are even great tips to use for my everyday speaking voice.
Love the reaction I knew you’d like it more 🤟🏼😂🤟🏼
Love this channel. The way you describe techniques is so good. Quickly becoming one of my favourite youtube channels ❤🤘👑
keep it up, love the breakdowns. been adding a tone of bands to my playlists since finding you.
I know you asked in a early video ages ago, first introduction to metal was 8 Foot Sativa, NZ Metal band from the late 90's.
How do you ONLY have 83K Subs, I LOVED the Vocal analysis
why tf did i only find this channel now? wtf.
i learned so much
this guys highs sound so good. for some reason i find really high pitched highs super cool so i love this guys vocals
greetings from germany, your reaction was very cool and interasting. I learned much. Take care :D
I learn a lots of things in this video thanks a lot man your awesome!!!
Best reaction chanel !!!! thanks for the tips ! from belgium
You know a ton. I like it!!! This is also my favorite song.
"It's a really pretty, quintesential, deathcore... sound" is the best quote I've heard for a while.
It's so cool how you demonstrate de different distortion types. So many ways to do it! Its so cool!
At September 24th they are releasing a new Album... dont miss it!
And Niiiiiiiiice reaction really enjoable and interesting. Thank you for that... greetings from germany! EHRE, ALLA!
love the technical explanations. thumps up, like and sub
Super interesting and great reaction!
never really listened to WBTBWB but those highs sound like a more controlled Alex Kohler of chelsea grin's desolation of eden era. I really like that.
First time in my feed and immediately subscribed
Unironically i got used to meet friends by watching reactions to my favourite songs - you just hit it
I just noticed, you have the blues eyes. They are so fricking beautiful
Cool reaction + analysis, as usual! I hope your laryngitis gets better soon.
You are going to have so much fun with this track. I haven't uploaded my reaction to it yet, but I was blown away. The clip is fun.
This man deserves way more subscribers.
I'm surprised Mark was so surprised those high vocals worked so well on those trancy sections. It literally sounded like early 2000's metal core. Haha :)
Perfect Video.
I dont care about the making of vocals in general. Cant do it, not gonna learn it, because I dont want to.
BUT I love to learn about things in context. LIKE This. PERFECT! BIG LIKE + ABO
So glad u covered a butter song theyre absolutely incredible
Das Ende by WBTBWB was my middle school anthem.
Saaaame. 3008, Haenschen Klein, all that good shit
Finally! Sad I missed this premiere :/
Fantastic reaction/breakdown new subscriber
Fresh sub here! Love the content and Insight! Have you ever heard of Tetrarch by chance?
I feel the singer had a very chester Bennington like scream and is owning it! Just an idea 💡
I reviewed their "Goldkinder" album, back when I was doing metal reviews, they're really a great band! And they've got one of the best monikers around :D
Wow, watching a great video and getting vocal lessons? Awesome. Go for it!
Thanks for the kind words!
Crying in iron tears over that pause just before the final sequence.
Haha and the 2nd time an ad kicks in for me.
🤘Reaction #55 watched! 🤘
🤘🤘🤘I love this song!🤘🤘🤘
🤘🤘🤘
I would love your reaction and analysis on Dir En Grey
I would love to see your thoughts on Alfadhirhaiti by Heilung. Old Norse/Viking style and some insane throat singing. I’d love to hear you break that down 👌🏻
thanks!
"So mote it be!" Love it😉 🌛🌑🌜
Dude I'm a bass player and this video instantly became a tutorial and comedy. Thank you!
Glad I could help! ;)
Did you say you did the original song? I checked the link of the reference video but it took me to their channel? I’m so confused 😭😭
WBTBWB - Der Tag an dem die Welt unterging (Impericon Festival 2012)
You won't regret watching this.
But that wasn't Tobi ! The Impericon Festival show 2012 was with Paul !
@@thomasgottschling7499 I dont think that it takes away from the performance's awesomeness, I didn't mind Paul either, especially in that video
Hey! :) I just stared to check out reactions to this band. It's so fun, didnt get much into them until a month ago. But I can't find your first hype hype video? Did it get taken down or something? :o
Nice - you did it - Thanks :)
No problem!
Can you please do a reaction to extrem from WBTBWB?
Would love to see a reaction and analysis of the live studio version of infectious by Imminence!
nice triskele my man
5:33 the megaphone dude is the Singer from eskimo callboy. :D
Hypa Hypa you’re disgusting and I love ya
This version of the song is so crazy lol.
You really need to check out DEXCORE! Their song Brain Washing or the new single Red Eye!
I haven’t watched the original hypa hypa reaction in this channel yet, but I can’t seem to find it anymore :/. Can someone share the link?
I'd love to see you reacting to LANDMVRKS
I am fully convinced if WBTBWB released an album in English they would chart instantly. They are incredible.
please listen to extrem by these guys next. the breath control is off the charts
I’m an aspiring professional ultrarunner and I’m realizing the importance of having a coach/PT/Chiro/Massage therapist/etc.
Most impressed that you have an ENT. That means you’re REALLY caring for your instrument. Not a vocalist but like messing with sounds/noises, BUT, I think this is a hidden and IMPORTANT tip!
Thanks as always!
I see that Smite band on your cup. I didn't know you played Smite. Love that game. Who do yoy main, if I may ask?
Is it just me or is there no reaction to the original Hypa Hypa?
I had to like this even before watching...
Hell yeah!
Not a huge fan of WBTBWB but damn this song was the closest to the original version for a reaction I had. This is such a great rendition
since you talked alot about "hacking" i really want to know what you think about Ryan Kirby from Fit for a King. Its very noticable in their recent album that he is going completely different. Because he wants to be very understandable when he is screaming. And me as a non-american can actually understand what he is screaming. I guess being so articulate (thats the correct word?) is veeeeeeery hard cause not many people do that. But Ryan really hits home everything.
Just listen to Vendetta and you know what i mean
There's just more oomph to with this version.
React to WBTBWB - dreh auf and klicks likes fame geil, they are awesome!
Hey great video love your videos can you do Septic Flesh the song Anubis? His vocals are just different the way he does his lows there not gutterals there just very very loud and low lows
Well their not low low let’s just say their very very meaty and low like storm strope formal vocalist for The last ten seconds of life
Teach me master
Finally made it on time
EHRE ALLA!
Deathcore with polka and synthwave. What's not to like?
Maybe you can check out something from "HELLTH". This guys are really good.
The world needs more Oompa Core!
This answers two questions. What does a metal version of a metal song sound like? And, What does a joke of a joke look like 😁
They need to collab with infant annihilator 😂 same vibes in the videos
I can do a lot of metal growls without any discomfort but making that high tone sound he makes kills the hell out of my throat, enough so that I know not to do it I would lose my voice after one or two tracks. my other problem with that sound is that its super easy for that tone to start sounding like Daffy Duck, in my experiences.
Finally
his highs are pretty reminiscent of orion stephens from in dying arms imo.
I love how the vocals you called gross are just awesome and brutal while you skip over the really gross pop sounding vocals.
React please on Hypa Hypa feat Saltatio Mortis this is folkmetal version of this song and very interesting about your reaction on this
15:36 did you do the zombie noises for the DayZ game?? haha
I wish! Haha.
Have you done the original? Cause i couldn´t find it
I'm learn the screaming and growl :
woooooaacchhhh woooooooooooachh...... cuuuuuiiiiiiiiiiiiii. Sorry, i'm spit
This song is a mess and I love it
