      Electric scooters are silent so he is imitated how kids make engine revving sounds while riding bikes, scooters or other things like that.

      Yeah, you even see it right at the end, he's revving the handle on the scooter. I've watched a bunch of reactions to this song and basically nobody has figured out the revving sound, they all get hung up on crazy frog. I don't really get it either, I went back and listened to some crazy frog and it doesn't even sound anything like that.

    Marci, guitarist and founder once said in an interview why they choose all this goofy stuff. They thougt there are a lot of metalbands that take themselves very very serios, with highly emotional and dark lyrics. They wanted to set kind of a contrapoint to that.

    • @alechansen7817
      @alechansen7817 2 роки тому +13

      WBTBWB and Infant Annihilator are the same style, just complete opposite ends of the spectrum. WBTBWB said other bands take themselves way to seriously and made it goofy. IA said other bands take them selves way too seriously so let’s see how we can top that. Both are parodies, one just went the goofy route and the other went the ridiculously over the top route, and I love all of it. Two completely opposite directions

    • @rosumparat
      @rosumparat 2 роки тому +3

      The same thing said the guys from Electric Callboy and they're rocking everywhere. What these bands did is to widen their audience and not be limited to only metalcoreheads.

  • @BlackKitty73
    @BlackKitty73 3 роки тому +11

    What you call Crazy Frog sounds is an imitation of engine noises. For example from a motorcycle or car or in this case an e-scooter. Here in Germany this is a completely normal sound to imitate an engine.

  • @VioPLayable
    @VioPLayable 3 роки тому +171

    His vocal technique must be super healthy. I mean, he's performed in WBTBWB 11 years ago for 3 years, came back now and his screaming voice hasn't changed one bit. With the new-old vocalist Paul, who left the band recently, you can clearly hear his vocal chords failing as his live performances sound worse and increasingly more painful. Would be cool if you checked out some of their stuff with their previous vocalist to kind of investigate whether he was doing something unhealthy technique-wise. I'd recommend Bang Bang Bang since he does a variety of different vocal styles in it

    • @pietandersen6120
      @pietandersen6120 3 роки тому +12

      I always thought the problem with Paul was an inability to execute properly live. He was a capable vocalist in the studio, but something about the setting, being that strenuous physical activity, being unable to pause to do multiple takes or the techniques in and of themselves having high dynamic range so having to overexert on certain phrases to be audible.

    Welcome back, Mark! Hoping you're in good condition. Great reaction video, as always.
    I would like to see you do a co-reaction with Guillaume Villeneuve! Please, react to Beyond Deviation's White Noise. I've been spamming this one in every video lol I wanna know how he creates those pterodactyl and high noises/vocals, as well as those zombie lows/gutturals. He's a very underrated vocalist, in my opinion, and he deserves some recognition.
