Foster farms has had some serious complaints that one can see online. Tyson Foods bought into using bugs in their chicken . Better to go local and buy from farmer or butcher that is non-gmo and no soy and corn in the feed.
Keto Twins microwave the riced cauliflower and then dry it out by cooking it in a hot pan with nothing added and then use it like regular rice. Love it since it’s not so soggy and it becomes much more palatable 😋
The little Hawaiian rolls are fantastic, they taste exactly like the Kings Hawaiian full of carbs buns. They work really well in those popular slider recipes.
I like the riced veggie medley the best there. The spiral cut zucchini is like a lump of mush. I do love some frozen shrimp and fish. The delights egg'wiches are good. I love the great value breakfast sausage patties.
The Rebel Ice Cream. I love the Coffee Chip one. Coconut Sorbet, Pistachio, and Strawberry look interesting as well, but I haven't seen them at my local store.
Read Good Nuggets are a must for me! Extraordinary Bites bread is great! I got it last week when on sale. Loved the Jimmy Dean Eggwich too, but I literally ate them for breakfast during the week for 1-2 years so I got tired of them lol These suggestions are great. Thanks for the video!
I really like the zero bites toast, it is rather expensive at our store in state, almost $8.00, but I'm ok buying it, because I do like bread sometimes and the great thing, you take a couple of slices out of the freezer to thaw and use and the remaining can stay frozen, so your bread doesn't go bad. Also, I use frozen vegetables and fruits, because I like a variety, but I'm the only one that does a keto low carb food menu at home, everyone else in the house likes fast food, junk food, sweets and processed microwave food. So if I buy fresh, it usually ends up being thrown away because I can't eat it every day and no one else in the house will, my fruits and vegetables go bad, so frozen works best for me.
Something I bought for the first time ever is, frozen meatballs...I get the Kroger brand Italian homestyle with real Romano cheese, and no preservatives!! They are sooooo delicious😋
On those Veggies Made Great when you look at the ingredients one of them is powdered cellulose... If you Google this it's refined wood pulp..... Another natural source of fiber
Mayra, I would LOVE for you to do a video on making different low carb sauces!! That’s a killer for me is the sauces. Sweet and spicy sauces, sweet and sour sauce, thousand island dressing, etc
Love this channel! So helpful for low-carb eating! You seem to understand about inflammatory oils used in breads, but, I wonder why you don't mention that they're in so many other foods, as well, including many of the products mentioned on this video. As i said, i love this channel & would love it even more with the addition of information about unhealthy processed foods & pesticides used on crops (i.e. clean 15 & dirty dozen). Keep up the good work❤.
Outer Isle has frozen cauliflower rounds I use in place of bread. I’ve only found them at Walmart. Really good too! Thank you for all the great videos!
I can't remember the last time i had any dessert foods. Maybe Thanksgiving or Christmas a cookie or 10. But after focusing on hitting my protein goals i do not crave anything really. If i do Walmart has the yogurt 20g protein cups. Very filling and taste okay.
your nails are always so nicely manicured. do you do your own nails. everytime I see your videos I get into the mood to do my nails too lol you are such an inspiration to get and stay healthy
I love the Rebel icecream and the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that uses eggs in place of bread is really good too. The Realgood brand of food is pretty good also. I've tried their tacos. I didn't know that they have breakfast sandwiches. I haven't seen them.
Have you ever tried the Konjac noodles or rice for a 0 carb option? They are already cooked, just need rinsing in a strainer with hot water, then have with your favourite sauce/ protein (I.e. pasta sauce or stir fry). Walmart also carries some of them, also available on Amazon.
Anything you can can't pronounce or isn't real food for a start. Can get more tricky with oils. I say olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil.
Wings are my favorite. Get Wild Caught It's best and has the Omega 3's😊 I enjoy fried rice 🍚 too, but I don't eat it much. Pizza, 🍕 pizza. I usually get supreme pizza, or pepperoni. I love LMNT, but I'm not a fan of the chili 🌶️ flavored packets. I have yet to try Rebel ice cream 🍦 TFS Mayra
Filled my cart while you shopped lol Would love to see you shop for a few days worth of groceries and then link recipes you used to make stuff out of your trip. Just an idea. Thanks for the great food finds!
I just learned today that in the Walmart app if you go to the bottom of the website to recipes. It will show you recipes, directions how to make the recipe and show you the ingredients which you can add right into your Walmart grocery cart online.
I did try the Quest pizza and I liked it! Had it with a salad and I was full! I also made the Keto Duncan Hines chocolate chip cookies! I have 1 for dessert with Fairlife protein milk YUM YUM😄
Even though I am on Keto, I love your channel. Of course, netting under 20g of carbs makes some of your recommendations a no-go, many are dead on for Keto. Can't recommend cauliflower rice higher! My wife and I use it at least a couple times per week!
So appreciate your showing us products at Walmart, which is so practical. It would be really helpful though if you could include the ingredients in each item that is really key thing that we need to know.
I just spotted Milton's brand pizza that has cauliflower crust and it tastes amazing! I bought the pepperoni one and added some mushrooms and diced red onions on it.
So looking at the label of the Extraordinary Bites, it has Soybean Oil, Wheat Gluten, and non organic Oat fiber (Glyphosate used as a drying agent). So please don't say it doesn't have any bad ingredients.
She should know better than that. It’s extremely hard to get wild caught FRESH salmon. I see at Aldi theirs is farm raised and their frozen salmon IS a PRODUCT OF CHINA. I have stopped buying too many of my groceries from Aldi, they have been slowly changing ingredients on their products. I emailed Aldi and got one of those “generic “ responses. Becoming very disappointed with added “BIOENGINEERED INGREDIENT” that is being added without saying what it actually is. Just like labeling with “NATURAL FLAVORS.”

Love the Foster Farms wings. I used to buy whatever flavor they had because I never used any of the sauces. I enjoyed them plain. Sadly the store no longer carries any of them. As far as Quest pizza, I thought it was really bad. 🤮
Zero products are delicious! The croissants sell out fast. Tortillas are perfect! Used the buns for Thanksgiving and were a big hit as low carb so quilt free. ❤️👍
Oooo I haven't had ice cream since becoming diabetic! (Diet controlled, no meds) I'll need to try that one. Also we recently tried that Quest pizza & it tasted like cardboard. Much prefer cauliflower crust pizza.
Your advice has been a game changer for me. I do want to ask a some what personal question, do you also workout? If so do you have any advice on that as well.
Lots of good stuff. Bought that Egg n Turkey Sausage sandwich a couple times n it’s actually pretty good, but got kinda expensive, so occasionally I make my own. Gna have to try that Rebel ice cream tho bcuz haven’t tried it yet.🥰Enjoyed it.💕 Ty for sharing.
Hi. Here, it is very difficult to find something low carb in the store. I have to prepare almost everything myself, from pastries to ice cream. I like your channel, it's very inspiring. Greet from Slovakia.
Water makes me very nauseous. I can't afford LMNT. I do get water packets to add in my water. I also love the sparkling water flavors. I get mine at Walmart.❤ Thank you for all you do for everyone. You're such a blessing.
Only problem is you need to watchout for bioengineered items. Foster farms chicken is probably from a factory farm which also means probably only fed corn and soy
I tried to get rebel ice cream tonight but Walmart didn't have it. I got the chocolate once and it was so rich and good . Wasn't a big fan of the strawberry. I got those nuggets. Hope they are good. I love celery and nuggets. I had just made my order when I saw this video. I am a diabetic and having lots of stomach issues. Need to do this for my health. Oh something very interesting I decided to try is a frozen chicken pot pie with a cauliflower crust. That will be interesting.
Trust me, no one "wants" to be putting bad ingredients in their body😔. Sadly, $$$$ dictates what many of us purchase to eat. I try to buy "better" ingredients but can't be consistent with it. Believe me, if I Taylor Swift money, I'd look as "healthy and slim" as her😊
I have a gluten allergy with very little time to cook, so I literally have no choice. I do purchase lots of raw vegetables and lean turkey slices, so that's cheaper and even healthier.
Nick's, by far, is the best keto ice cream. They don't have it ar Wal mart, but Kroger and food lion have it. Food lion also has a brand just called Keto that is better than rebel. I do like the Delights egg sandwiches.
@JOJO-fi4yr the carbs depend on the flavor, but I think the pints have between 5 and 8 carbs. They have vanilla, birthday cake, cookies and cream, caramel coffee, Triple chocolate , mint chocolate chip and I think strawberry. Maybe some others. My favorite is the triple chocolate.
Me and my mom need to lose weight, only thing is my mom has very bad knees (her knee caps litterally pop out and cause her to fall down) because of that we're not sure what kind of exercises she should do, does anyone have any advice?
Which one is your favorite frozen item from the video? 😅
Hi y’all 😊 pork meat yummy 👍🏼
Love chicken tenders and wings frozen veggies so handy
Foster farms has had some serious complaints that one can see online. Tyson Foods bought into using bugs in their chicken . Better to go local and buy from farmer or butcher that is non-gmo and no soy and corn in the feed.
I get RealGood chicken once a week.
Most of the Real Good items are tasty.
Keto Twins microwave the riced cauliflower and then dry it out by cooking it in a hot pan with nothing added and then use it like regular rice. Love it since it’s not so soggy and it becomes much more palatable 😋
I learned that trick on this channel and it works really well!
ooh thank you....last time I had riced cauliflower it was so soggy. I was wondering how to cook them differently.
Thanks for showing these things. I don't do my own shopping. I am diabetic and in a wheelchair and this helps me make up my list.
I buy the quest pizzas, and they are pretty good. I add a little extra parmesan cheese to them. They are pretty clean also. Definitely worth trying
I concur! I had the supreme, one was less than $8 and it seemed like a medium pizza.
The little Hawaiian rolls are fantastic, they taste exactly like the Kings Hawaiian full of carbs buns. They work really well in those popular slider recipes.
Yay! I'm excited to try!
I like the riced veggie medley the best there. The spiral cut zucchini is like a lump of mush. I do love some frozen shrimp and fish. The delights egg'wiches are good. I love the great value breakfast sausage patties.
