  • Studies show if you exercise for only a half an hour a day, your memory functions will be smoother and your brain will process information faster. As a result of this improvement, your alertness levels will increase significantly, which will improve your ability to learn. This also builds momentum. By feeling better physically, you’ll feel better mentally, which in turn motivates you to continue both.

Thank you so much for this video, Jim! I definitely needed that, as someone who works from home, I'm literally sitting all day. I went from being active all the time to be inactive lol if that makes sense. I just stopped what I was doing, got out of my chair and did these practices with you. Now I'm going for a 20 min walk in nature, and I will be back home working out for 30 mins to an hour. No more procrastinating! I want to be limitless & have a limitless mind/brain.

I dig your gentle fashion of teaching. It's warm, and inviting!
I found myself giggling while mirroring your movements.
Also, I am considering these exercises the one new thing I'm incorporating in my daily practice today!
    Thank you sooooo much!

In our home country, when we didn't finish our assignment on time our teacher used to punish us. As a punishment we had do perform 50 to 80 squats by crossing the arms, holding earlobes.
Today I discovered that wasn't punishment but Super Brain Yoga. Our Teachers are great. 😅

Wow! Play & practice at the edge of One's limits.
This one was 'catchy' to me.
Couldn't perform those asymmetric hand moves!
Will desire to put effort into them, when i redo the Video.
I think Coach once said, "You're weak, before you're strong?" It's what it means to 'mature.' _ _ _ Like you have to be a greenhorn before you become a Veteran.
J K this today morning gave me an extra axle and pair of wheels to run on.

So I tried listening to you and started jogging/ running for a few days in the morning right after I got out of bed but then I was tired all day and had to take a nap during the day and felt exhausted and couldn’t homeschool my kids lol so I stopped. What can I do to feel energized after it instead of tired and exhausted?

I recently started walking on the treadmill.
Start small, like half an hour every day, walk at your normal speed. Do this for a week, and then add a few seconds of sprinting here and there. Keep adding sprints whenever you feel like you can add them. Don't give up.
