      Thanks! I still prefer my usual micro workouts over the course of the day. But whenever I miss too much of them and therefore have to cram on Friday, these kind of circuits prove really convenient.

      @@creativetraininghacks I agree, i have been training also for years but Ive had to back off the weight and do more body weight and do a push pull squat routine because my joints now a days hurt and arthritis in my spine but movement is key, i might even try your micro workouts 👍 great idea when im feeling flat or instead of having a day of just do a shorter workout

    Nice workout, will you ever be on twitter? but that isnt a circuit, it is just 8 quadruple sets. those pullups must be really tough at 90kg bodyweight, (I'm soon there, "stuck" on pretty much the same weighted pullup strength for a year, but bodyweight went from like 80kg last year to around 88kg this year.

      Last time I've seen you on video you were still pretty lean, which means 88kg is a lot of muscle mass already 👍💪
