      Thanks! And yes, I actually had a really dry mouth towards the end. I should have hydrated with something other than coffee beforehand 😄

    I did the same thing but as a 10-down circuit with rows instead of Pull-Ups. Even then, I absolutely agree, bear hug squats are taxing on the lats and with 3 exercises you have to perform these b2b with your pulling exercise one way or another. Maybe I should look into your bodyweight lat raise technique to complete my circuits...

      Sure, if you want to keep it bodyweight only apart from the bear hug squats, ring lateral raises are a feasible option, although not the easiest one. And since you are doing rows anyway, you can use the same suspension implement (gymnastics rings or some alternative) 👍
      As for me, I think I will again use a two-handle slingbell like in one of my previous circuits.

    Next time do it in reverse , start at 1 and work up to 8 😅
