Thanks Tjibbe!! I really enjoyed this workout the whole way through. The new basement definitely has bachelor vibes, but it’s all business. Damn near ripped the calluses off my hands on this workout, though, haha! Thanks for the great workouts and motivation, you’ve been crushing it consistently!

Agreed! This was ROUGH on my hands though, whew. Peeled callouses 😬I have been advised to wear gloves so my hands don't cut skin lol

Marc, thank you for your super kind words! I am so humbled. I try to do a Burpee workout once a week on Sunday at least, and then at least one additional day a week of cardio whether it be running or calisthenics/Burpees etc. I lift weights 2-3 times a week for about 30 minutes on average those days. Nothing too crazy though, all dumbbells. At 42 I'm trying to stay healthy and avoid injury. If you have additional questions about my routine let me know and I'll share more. Thanks again!
