I grind these every day for brunch: hemp hearts, black and white sesame seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds. With water this is my "milk" to eat with dried fruit and nuts. I love adding some Greek yogurt as well. Basically a granola in milk type of food without having to cook. I do roast the sesame seeds in cast iron pan beforehand to activate and bring out the flavor.

You should omit the salt to make it healthier. If you add salt to your food you could end up with high blood pressure when you get elderly or even in your 50s if you have a geneutic predisposition of if you are obease. Salt makes food more palitable, and some say it leads to overeating. The reason i personally make everything home made is because I can omit the salt. I love your channel and especially that you do not use refined sugar. I follow a SOS free diet. No salt, no oil and no sugar as recommended by many Drs such as Dr. Caldwell Esselstein and Dr. Peter Rogers as well as Chef AJ. I look forward to your next recipe and thank you for the healthy recipes. I admire your garden, too, and yiur lovely family. I wish we were neighbours! Best regards from your biggest fan in Edmonton!
