Hey bro is there a way to enable the headlights to turn on when you unlock the truck?
Does yours do the start up sequence when you unlock? Mine don’t and I’ve seen it on others working 😩
It looks almost perfect as is. I don't understand this desire to open up headlights to "paint match" when they are so close to the color as is! 😅

@Ro Sco Bear bottom line is I'm simply saying, it's extremely silly to break open headlights just to paint match just a few shades darker. That's the definition of 1st world problems...😆 It's his money, and he can do whatever. I'm just saying it's like looking for a problem where there is none.

What happens when a bulb “burns out” or dies or whatever. Can you replace one bulb at a time or do you have to replace the entire set

Hey @JUSTINHAWKSMITH. I just installed a pair of Alpharex NOVA Series on the 05 F250 I drive, and I'm already running into an issue with adjusting the the beam. How did you go about adjusting the beam? Did you have to trim the headlight mounting or did you just have to constantly unmount the headlight housings, adjust the angle, and then mount them back up?

@6.0Lover420 Well, I removed the top screws, loosened the bottom ones, removed the grill, and loosened the bumper to bring that down to tilt each headlight housing forward to gain access to the adjustment bolt. After every adjustment, I pushed the housing flush in place to check measurement. After a couple of turns and fine-tuning the measurement, I finally got it dialed in. Phenomenal upgrade that's worth every penny.
Does anyone know if there are wiring conversion kits for earlier models? Specifically, an 04
I installed my set this weekend and everything turned out great except for now my blinkers are really blinking fast now. How do I eliminate that?

Hey Justin, just installed these on my truck. You can't adjust the beam while installed unless you do some fabrication to the housing on the trucks side which I'm not doing. How did you find that process any tips. The adjustment screw is very well hidden once installed on the truck. Very disappointed with that part. Spoke with Edwin at Alpha Rex, he did inform me that's where the adjustment screw had to go with this particular design. How did you find your adjustment process to be. Have any tips. The lights do look amazing on the truck, not too flashy and immature. Do wish they were brighter though, although as of today I'm still not aimed correctly. Having to take off both lights each time to dial in adjustment is not ideal. Any tips would be appreciated.
I ran into this problem . I wish they Alpharex mentioned something about this on the instructions.

Believe it or not I got them fairly close my first try. I just installed them today so I’ll mess with the level adjustment a little bit more tomorrow. It is a pain for sure but they look so good!
Did you get the nova or luxx?
I got the luxx but for some reason only top projector comes on. Like I said I’ll have to mess with them tomorrow.
@Mario Rangel I bought the one with the 4 projector lenses. No major complaints so far. Glad you're getting dialed in. Hopefully, everything works out on your end.

I think the first set of alpharex headlights look better while the lights are off but the second alpharex headlights look better turned on. Tough call on which to purchase for sure

You can, but it’s not easy. Alpharex can send you some pictures, but they don’t have any actual instructions

@@JUSTINHAWKSMITH I purchased a set of Oedro’s with the LED Halo about a year ago and they are leaking and the surface is somehow becoming blemished on both headlights. After seeing this video, I am going to go with Alpharex Novas as a replacement. Figured I would ask about a code before ordering just in case. Great video by the way!

Is the adjustment screw accessible once installed? After installing these (your video convinced me to get them) I can’t find the adjustment screw for either driver or passenger. 🤗
I just installed mine this weekend and no the adjustment screws are not accessible when installed in kinda sucks but oh well
They are not accessible once installed , as Justin Serrano says above kinda sucks but oh well. Not a deal breaker for me ! Love mine. Only had to adjust mine one time.

Doesn’t even care about them, fingerprints all over em and throwing em around on top you’re painted bumper plastic I’m sure that’s good for the paint
Finger prints ? On a headlight ? That is constantly being peppered with debris from the roadway anytime the trucks driven. You think I care about finger prints ? It’s a 16 year old truck. It’s been thru alot worse. Not worried about “fingerprints” on the headlights lol.
@@JUSTINHAWKSMITH well debris from roadway can’t be stopped from chipping them but dirt and others can be washed off, greasy fingerprints can’t without cleaner and rag and I don’t care what kinda cleaner you use you will always scratch a plastic lense. And if you don’t remove the fingerprints then the lights make the housing look like sh#t

Do not buy from alpha Rex. I paid like 900$ and they got fogged up etc. Any season they always fog up. I tried airing them out etc but nothing works. And alpha Rex won’t help. They keep replying to me by “ ohh did you install them in moist weather? Did you try air them out?” Always same excuses. I would not recommend AlphaRex.

Yeah everyone’s budget is different. New technology costs more and the rising inflation and production costs DOESNT help any either. sadly for current year model trucks headlights can run upwards of $2,000 a piece when equipped with projectors and accent led lighting from the manufacturer. Crazy how high stuff is getting.
I will say, although you have the cleanest 6.0 in the nation…. I think it would be bad ass to do a 1st gen 6.7 fascia on your truck 😁
Then it wouldn’t be a beautiful 6.0 anymore , it would be a 6.7 with a crappy motor. HAHHAH
