This stretch used to be full of Chub, you barely get a bite these days from anything.
Not to far from here you get 2 Munties dive in the river every morning to get to an island, they spend the day on there until darkness arrives

Thanks for letting me know. That makes sense. I struggled for bites and the prints tie in with Muntjacs. Do you fish much locally?

​@@WildlifeAndFishingI do indeed, I feel the Chub and Barbel fishing has declined somewhat but the Roach are now a good average and some big old Perch
