You should do a "go shopping with me" kind of video. And while getting each food, tell us ways to use it. I always feel so overwhelmed with all the ingredients because I don't want to go buy everything for just one recipe, you know? :)
Amber James great idea! but until she actually makes the video, a good tip would be to watch a lot of hervideos and see what ingredients are used most often. i would say to splurge on the veggies and spices first, and then go on to finding vegan alternatives (i.e. vegan cheese, tofu, non-dairy milk.) hope i helped! x
You make the best recipe vids! I live in a studio apartment with a mini fridge, toaster oven, electric kettle, single burner hot plate and a microwave. I have very little space and live a busy life as an artist and caregiver for my husband who had a stroke. These videos are PERFECT for someone like me. So...thanks! ❤
Wow I have been binge watching your videos and they are all amazing. You have super creative ideas, I'm so impressed. This channel is superior to SO many vegan food channels out there and I can't really put my finger on why, but I am thoroughly enjoying this.
You don't have to be vegan to make these recipes, just try them out and see if you like them, maybe you'll add them to your go-to recipes! Eating a few vegan meals a week is better than not eating them ever. ☺️
I love these videos please don't stop!!! So many good ideas and really helping me get excited about eating vegan AT HOME. I've completely fell off the wagon with cooking and it's not good!
I watched so many of your videos for the past year, but I don't know why I did not subscribed until now. I like how many ideas you have and that you are really genuine. Keep it up, love seeing your videos.
So far it works really well. I am still struggeling with soy milk but I will try different kinds of vegan milk. I did lots of your recipes and I found an awesome vegan restaurant in Berlin (my hometown) the other day. Greetings
+JustPeppermintTea try almond milk I never liked actual milk but I actually like the almond milk they also have a dark chocolate almond milk in case you miss chocolate milk or you can also just buy Hershey's chocolate syrup if it's vegan and mix it in the almond milk old style! 😀
I just wanted to let you know what an inspiration you are to me. You and I talked a while back about me being on blood thinners and not being able to be vegan because of my food restrictions (although I make it a habit to eat a vegan meal at least once a day). I watch EVERY video you put up, and take the inspiration and ideas that I am able to use. Your kindness and compassion are so heartwarming and I wanted to thank you for being such a kind human being to all people.
Babe this comment is so sweet. I still think you are absolutely amazing for making the effort to eat vegan once a day. That is so much more than most of the population and you are making a difference
These are such great videos! I have been vegan for years but my husband is kind of transitioning at the moment. These recipes are really helpful for giving him filling food that is still comfort food :) For me I'm happy with a bowl of steamed veggies but my husband needs something way more interesting!! Thankyou!
Will you do more vegan school lunch recipes, it this time have them be quick and easy? Because normally at night when I make my lunches I only have like 10 minutes of free time to make it, so I usually go straight for processed packaged foods or frozen dinners I can stuff in my lunch box. Thanks!
I’ve been a vegetarian for a few years now but I’m slowly transitioning to a vegan diet. My only problem is that being vegan requires so much more time because of all the cooking but your videos are so helpful! I love the quick and easy recipes! Please keep them coming!!
My middle child has bad food allergies. So I have been leaning towards vegan recipes for a long time. I'm glad I came across your channel bc these are great/easy/affordable. I still have to omit soy, wheat, oats, peanut but I'm learning to adapt. I am on day three of being vegan, however I was mostly meat/dairy free anyways. Besides for eggs
when i'm desperate to find something for dinner, i watch your videos haha and i always find something that inspires me :) thank you! the first dinner you showed will be the one i'll make tonight!
ugh i love the way you edit your videos! youre inspiring me to cook with more fresh ingredients, i tend to be a vegan that buys a lot of pre-packaged meals and then just steam some veggies but your ideas are so creative! Definitely will try out that vermicelli one of these nights :)
i love you!!!! you saved my ass so many times! i never know what to eat and your recipes just changed my world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *bows* thank you! thank you! thank you!
The less processed versions are in the frozen section of your local health food store. The more processed versions (like fake bacon tempeh) are in the refrigerated section usually alongside tofu products.
A substitute for vegan cheese on the pizza is tahini. There is an awesome pizza place in Australia that does vegan pizza with tahini and dukkah and it is amazing.
mmmm, so yummy!! another variation of the marinade is mix equal parts soy sauce and Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce with a sprinkle of brown sugar! my go to marinade!!!
This was an awesome video. I've watched a lot of these types of videos. These are things I can actually see myself eating/making. I'm so glad you came up in my recommended 😊
Chao cheese! That stuff is amazing, I used to love daiya (and still do) but i love that the chao cheese melts like real cheese...the only caveat is that I've only found it in sliced form. great recipes though! i'll definitely be looking forward to making the noodles
WOW, looks like u should do a video about Tempeh. Lots of questions about it. I have seen different flavors in Wholefoods, and the basic kind in my grocery store. So nice to see vegan products in the mainstream stores. I hope that is not just where I live (S.Florida, USA).
Liv 💙💗💞✨ you're like the vegan friend/sister I never had! LOVE YOU your videos are full of inspiration and motivation, and you're sooo real and warm..I appreciate you
Ok those are not easy dinners but however those are some really tasty meals dinners. especially the noodles omg. im gona try the noodles on my days off, but today after a hard day of work I will eat the usual. grab some bread, some peanut butter or almond butter and some jelly with a side of chips or something.
LOL! I think a lot of us can relate to that. If I don't get my meals done on my days off to grab-n-go during the week, I'm pretty much in a pickle ;) I think you can do that with most of these.
Rahul's Vegan Cooking On the weekends you should do a meal prep! Like make pizzas, put them into a box or Ziploc bag and freeze them, and with the noodles you can just triple to recipe and keep it in the fridge all week :)
i'm so in love with your channel. i'm not vegan, i'm vegetarian, and i think that i'm never gonna be vegan but i definitely will try some of these recipes! 💕
I made the first one, but used tofu, spinach, pepper, carrot and spring onions and it was SO GOOD! and it only took like 10 minutes to make :D Definitely making it again lol
Hi ! I just discovered your channel, and I watched only 3 of your recipies videos but omg it look so delicious ! I completly stopped eating meat since february, and I am a student and I live alone so it's a little bit difficult to find thngs to cook that are simple and good Thanks for your videos, let's try some recipies :D Bisous depuis la France :*
We eat Tempe just the way it is in Indonesia. you should try marinade it with garlic paste and a bit of salt and then deep fry them. its really delicious with sambal and hot rice. 😊
Hi Liv! 👍for the vlog! I have question about the tempeh. What brand do you buy? Plain or any flavored ones? About how long does tempeh last in the fridge before it goes bad as, I had this maple flavored one that I used for a grilled Daiya cheddar, tomato and tempeh sandwich, but the tempeh went rancid and, I had to toss it, unfortunately. I'm not well-versed with tempeh yet. Can it be frozen? Thanks again for your menu ideas and for your helpful response!
I usually keep it for a few days, beyond that it can get dry and/or slimy :( I would definitely freeze it no problem! That's what I do with vegan cheese too to keep it fresh longer. Also, that sandwich sounds amazing!!!
Liv's Healthy Life yeah, thanks for the quick response! I browned the tempeh first before putting the mock grilled cheese sandwich together! It was tasty!!!
Hello Liv B. Love your work. Wondering what your take is on coffee. Do you drink it? If so, with what in it? If not, I would like to suggest a video on hot drink ideas for the cool/winter months. Thank you!
You should do a "go shopping with me" kind of video. And while getting each food, tell us ways to use it. I always feel so overwhelmed with all the ingredients because I don't want to go buy everything for just one recipe, you know? :)
Yessss! That's a wonderful idea!
Amber James
Great idea, and I feel the same.
Amber James great idea! but until she actually makes the video, a good tip would be to watch a lot of hervideos and see what ingredients are used most often. i would say to splurge on the veggies and spices first, and then go on to finding vegan alternatives (i.e. vegan cheese, tofu, non-dairy milk.) hope i helped! x
Amber James yyyyyyaaaaaasssssss!!!!!!!!!!!
this was a year ago but I NEED THIS
You make the best recipe vids! I live in a studio apartment with a mini fridge, toaster oven, electric kettle, single burner hot plate and a microwave. I have very little space and live a busy life as an artist and caregiver for my husband who had a stroke. These videos are PERFECT for someone like me. So...thanks! ❤
I love your ideas. I'm not vegan but am always willing to try new ways to reduce dairy in my diet. I would love to see more school lunch ideas!
Ah I was needing this video! So stuck on what to eat for dinner. Love all of your videos (def binged on them the other day). Keep up the good work!😄
I think the noodles would be amazing with some crushed peanuts on top, kinda like pad Thai 😀
If I wasn't allergic to peanuts I would definitely do that! Cashews would also be good!
+Liv's Healthy Life whoopsie 🙊 maybe you could try toasted sesame seeds or sunflower seeds 🙂
+Liv's Healthy Life also I love your channel! Lots of great recipe inspiration!!❤️
That sounds so good but I'm allergic to nuts
Some regular pasta constains egg, not all regular pasta.
Making simple soups (like pea, broccoli, lentil) can be really quick too!! I've been making those a lot lately
yes love soup!!
Wow I have been binge watching your videos and they are all amazing. You have super creative ideas, I'm so impressed. This channel is superior to SO many vegan food channels out there and I can't really put my finger on why, but I am thoroughly enjoying this.
that is so kind of you to say, I'm so glad you enjoy my videos :)
I love these recipes!! I'm moving out shortly and I can't wait to cook my own vegan meals 😀😀
I'm not even vegan but I like watching these
Give some of the recipes a try. Can't hurt. : )
+felinekj are u vegan? :))
Yes, either way though, those noodles look yummy : ))
You don't have to be vegan to make these recipes, just try them out and see if you like them, maybe you'll add them to your go-to recipes! Eating a few vegan meals a week is better than not eating them ever. ☺️
Esther Ng ; I'm pescatarian but I still need ideas and I actually love vegan food
I love these videos please don't stop!!! So many good ideas and really helping me get excited about eating vegan AT HOME. I've completely fell off the wagon with cooking and it's not good!
ohhh I love putting olives, onions, spinach, mushrooms in my pizza. 😍

I look at recipes everyday, but I've never used recipes from one person the way I use yours. Please keep giving us great ideas!

Rachel Herron you can try making 2 servings at dinner so the other serving can be for lunch! Just what I do :)
I was thinking of doing another lunch video so I think I will do very quick recipes for them this time. Good idea!!
I love these ideas! I'm always looking for vegan recipes and your channel is amazing !! thanks girl
I’ve been a vegetarian for a few years now but I’m slowly transitioning to a vegan diet. My only problem is that being vegan requires so much more time because of all the cooking but your videos are so helpful! I love the quick and easy recipes! Please keep them coming!!
These recipes look 100%!! I loved your vegan meal prep for the weak video and would absolutely love to see more of those!
My middle child has bad food allergies. So I have been leaning towards vegan recipes for a long time. I'm glad I came across your channel bc these are great/easy/affordable. Best account I've come across, becoming vegan has been my ultimate struggle this just gave me so much motivation
ugh i love the way you edit your videos! youre inspiring me to cook with more fresh ingredients, i tend to be a vegan that buys a lot of pre-packaged meals and then just steam some veggies but your ideas are so creative! Definitely will try out that vermicelli one of these nights :)
There's nothing wrong with that but I know what you mean, using fresh ingredients always feels so nice :) let me know how you like it!
gonna make the rice noodles right now! love your videos they're really helpful!
thank you! so glad :)
this was so helpful! and yummy, could you make a few smoothie recipes and some proten packed drinks as well?
Yes that would be great. I just bought some soy protein powder (with nutrients added) and I would love some advice. : )

Where do you find tempeh? I've looked everywhere and can't find it but I really want to try it...
do you live in the US?
The less processed versions are in the frozen section of your local health food store. The more processed versions (like fake bacon tempeh) are in the refrigerated section usually alongside tofu products.
Etienne-Emile Antikatastaseis thank you! I'll try looking in those areas because i usually just look where the tofu is!
Etienne-Emile Antikatastaseis I live in Canada
ImaZombeh i actually live in the same city as this girl lol I'm hoping she will see the comment because she will literally know xD
A substitute for vegan cheese on the pizza is tahini. There is an awesome pizza place in Australia that does vegan pizza with tahini and dukkah and it is amazing.

oh my gosh hahaha I'm so happy to hear that
I'm not opposed to store bought crusts but with pizza yeast you can have a ready to top pizza dough by the time your oven preheats.
WOW, looks like u should do a video about Tempeh. Lots of questions about it. I have seen different flavors in Wholefoods, and the basic kind in my grocery store. So nice to see vegan products in the mainstream stores. I hope that is not just where I live (S.Florida, USA).
