I don’t think this is all that unusual. Pastors seem to be a magnet for weird and sometimes unstable women. I worked for a time in a rectory office and there were a few eccentric or strange women always wanting to speak with the priests, the young, good looking one in particular. There was only one who called for the old, grumpy priest, and she was calling to complain.

One preacher I listened to a few years ago said he NEVER counseled a woman about anything without another woman present, usually his wife. Either a preacher is in charge of his congregation, or he isn't, lol. I don't know exactly how it works with evangelical lutherans, but surely this pastor had some "supervisor" in the church hierarchy he could have talked to first and then brought this woman into the discussion. In fact, the other woman who cheated with married men (if this was church gossip) also needed some "counseling." See I Corinthians 5 KJV, where you can read all about how Paul had to chew out the liberal Corinthian church for not dealing with a fornicater (one who "had his father's wife"). In II Corinthians, Paul did relent after that church and the fornicator had suitably dealt with the situation. Today, I guess somebody is probably going to get sued or shot. Unfortunately.

Makes me sad bc what if that was my dad and he was uncomfortable with some crazy woman and a bunch of people told him to just get over it. Maddening but typical even today.

Most Churches aren't that welcoming to normal people either. Often they just pay lip service to being welcoming. If you are a lonely person trying to make friends....church is a bad place. It should not be. None of my friends is from Church. Many traditional Churches don't practice fellowship at all. Service over....everyone outta here. No coffee in the foyer and chat. If her father and her were arguing, it, of course doesn’t dismiss doing away with him if that’s even what happened, but if you’re the only caretaker for someone who’s elderly, it’s very easy to get burned out and definitely the United States needs more support for caretakers even just emotional

It was shocking to me everytime I realized the same man was following me for weeks at a time, everywhere I went. I was thinking they were plotting to kidnap me. So then I would switch towns and pick up new stalkers. It's a dangerous world.

When I first became homeless it was because my cousin's and their cult friends drugged me and I left before anything could happen to me and I got a DUI. My mom passed away and my dad wasn't stable and is an alcoholic. So if I wasn't doing it for myself then nobody else would.
Well they tried to kill me 3 other times and the last time I was beat over the head with a metal baseball bat and drowned in the creek. I would have died but woke up under water while my cousin was holding my head under the water and then her boyfriend pulled me out of the water and told them to leave me alone.

She then told me that she kept them, when they passed, in her freezer.
She invited me to visit her in her apartment and I politely declined. I feel
kind of ambivalent about not accepting her invite.
On an whole another level: Jeffrey Epstein, the deceased sex trafficking criminal , was written to have kept a real stuffed real dog atop his grand or baby grand piano in his Manhattan.
      residence. HOW HORRIBLE.
I went to the same music camp in Michigan that he had, many years ago, known then as the National Music Camp ( NMC ) of Interlochen, near Travis City, Michigan.
Later in his life he practiced philanthropy to Interlochen and there was a dedicated cabin with a plate recognizing his donor status.
I read that when the investigation in Manhattan became big scandal major media spectacle
that Interlochen tried to dissociate themselves from him by removing the
commemorative labeling of the building. I also read that he held financial benefit dinners to drum up funding for Interlochen at his Manhattan residence .

@@AshleyNord Lol! Thanks - I'll have to check them out. For some reason I haven't ventured into the back catalog yet. It's amazing how well he maintains a straight face in the current-ish ones. Occasionally there's a glint of a smirk (but not a smug one), but his deadpan delivery is so dry. He must enjoy himself coming up with the references to [I forget which story this is] Denny's, Billy Joel songs, etc. And the puns in the thumbnails are award-worthy!
On a slight tangent, the tone of the delivery and the spiel of the intro and outro are so consistent from video to video you would think he's editing it in but he records it anew each time as evidenced by his shirts-that's hard to do! Maybe he's lip-syncing. 😉 Paging RuPaul...🏁

I have no problem with that at all. I have 4 sisters (and no brothers) and when growing up lots of their girlfriends came over and I was always engaging. I'm only referring to a particular type of person who cannot stop talking and does not "get" that they are (sorry) very annoying and don't have any interest in a TWO-WAY dialogue. Ironically, my mother never stopped talking and if someone tried to interject, she would raise her voice as she interrupted and continued. i saw the looks on the faces of those who were visibly disturbed. By the time my mother passed away she had not had a friend of any kind for over 50 years--and I was her caregiver for her last 10 years when she had dementia and was REALLY hard to deal with, because she repeated herself all the time. I did this to honor her and because my sisters wouldn't.
