I love how every time I hear post Malone it’s yes sir, no sir, please and thank you. Always polite and respectful regardless of who he’s speaking to. Wonderful human.

Post is such a humble and nice dude. Always says sir, ma'am, just such a good dude. And not to mention how he treats his fans, dude is a real treat. Gotta protect this man at all costs.

Had the pleasure of spending part of an evening w Post Malone just before he blew up. He was absolutely the most down to earth person I’ve dealt w in years. Kind, sweet, funny and highly respectful.
And I spent a night at Madonnas house, we can all dream

Crazy to me people lie to get artificial high fives from strangers on the internet. What a pathetic, sad, embarrassing life. Wish you the best lil guy
He is the coolest famous person alive, but his music is horrendous.
Post Malone is such a positive genuine person he has so much respect for others and always has a smile on him
Lol post Malone is genuine a ghetto rapper who is a rich jew. I guess you never saw his high school music video.

Not a fan of his music but a huge fan of him as a young man. Nice, humble, sincere. Stay good young man
I like a lot of his music but what really won me over was his knowledge and respect for music history. I was happily shocked when he was asked, as a then 22 year old rapper/musician, about how he does this fast vibrato thing with his voice. He compared it to Stevie Nicks. I was stunned to see that he even knew who she was. Then he threw an RIP shout out to Tom Petty in concert. And he played guitar live on stage with Aerosmith. And he did a full streamed show of nothing but Nirvana songs, playing and singing. He's a cool, talented dude. Jams along to Slayer in his spare time. Dude just loves music of all sorts.
With respect and kindness, post Malones influences are so vast, from talking heads, to nirvana to waylon Jennings. He makes contemporary pop, new age country, bluegrass collabs w Billy strings full on nirvana sets with Travis barker not to mention his rap career. To say you don’t like his music, is insinuating that you just don’t like music and that’s ok. But might as well say, I don’t like music, post Malone seems cool.
Same. Such a sweetheart
He's won me over with the "Austin" album, so refreshing and a good mix of many genres. I was always in the same boat, wasn't into his music too much, but damn is he a humble and nice guy. Real interactions on the street blow my mind, he's just happy to talk to anyone. He does have an acoustic song from when he was starting off, youtube "Austin post" pretty good guitar player. edit: it's a Bob Dylan cover
@@twerkysandwich64 Irrelevant to my post
If you don't love Post Malone, it's because you've never listened to him talk. Just one of those relentlessly positive people who's not afraid to be sensitive. Beautiful artist, more beautiful person. I hope Austin Post's around for a long, long time!
I've heard him talk. Still a modern day degenerate.

@@jasonsworld333 I'd feel amazing that I had a new car and a house!
@@jasonsworld333 Well that analogy isn't quite right; it's more like a guy that just bought a car when his house is a piece of shit and someone saying 'look at the way that guy has his life together.' And then someone else saying 'yeah but his house is a piece of shit.'
Post is so sweet. This dude is so damn loveable.
no one seem to notice how even the mention of his dearly departed friend Bourdain, at 6:12, Rogan gets emotional to the point of getting choked up. Devoted friend who still feels the pain of a pal who moved on too soon.
I scrolled ten minutes to find a comment on that moment. Cheers bra
He seems genuinely happy now a days. Not like he’s forcing it anymore. Love to see it❤️
Dude is so humble!!! So damn polite, yes sir no sir, him and Keanu Reeves are the most humble cats!!!
Austin is a Texas boy. We learn yes sir and no sir from a very early age. Gotta love it
@Hollowpoint1991 Hell yea bro! Just being raised right and being polite is from the ones that raise us to respect our elders! I'm from Detroit and always talk to my elders with respect but sad this generation nowadays don't have that, I'm 33 born in 1990 and glad I grew up then without all the stuff nowadays like social media etc. Much love brother!!! Also I've been to Arlington Texas before and very Beautiful and nice folks, me and my buddy skateboarded around all of Six Flags at night time then hit up Shake Shack! Joe getting choked up when talking about Anthony Bourdain :(
I felt that. Glad somebody else noticed. Idk how he just pushed thru in .2 seconds after that.

What’s scary is that you think this concept is crazy
If you spend time on paying attention to people and psychology then it's pretty easy to have conversations with anyone
I feel for you if you can’t have a conversation with anybody and everybody. Maybe do some drugs and socialize 🤣
He did. Talked to those young ghost busters his daughters watch. He was really good with them.
Damn I felt That choke up/almost cry when Joe brought up Bourdain.

Just stop. You need to tune into Oprah or something.
I took my daughter to his first night in Dallas. She is 19 and absolutely obsessed with him. His show was amazing and she was in heaven. I would go to every show he does to see her face when he comes on stage. What a show, what a show!

Love this interview both so down to earth unlike alot of so called celebrities
They are really vibing🥰 Like the two podcasts they both gave me such a good feeling, Joe was explaining him about Archery, and Post Malone was also sharing his knowledge on certain subjects. Really never expected to like Post Malone so much, but he is soo respectful
I hope he is ok and doing it healthy. He has such a sweet soul. I don’t want to see the system ruin him 😢
The first episode with Post is one of the best JRE episodes.
His politeness is so genuine. I just saw him on tour in Dallas and after every song he said “thank you so very fucking much.” Literally every set lol what a guy
Been a post fan since the sound cloud days. Glad he’s happy, healthy, and prospering.

I love when Joe and Post get together. Just two wholesome fellas. Also love Joe hype to go see him perform. Much love to you both.
He's dead correct. South America's love their music. It's a whole different experience down there.
I love watching concerts recorded in South America...especially Buenos Aires. I'm always in awe of how they know all the words and even sing the guitar chords.
Seeing Rush & Iron Maiden play in Rio was mind-blowing! The fans there are so passionate.
I’m sorry but when Rogan said “let’s go” with the gorilla flex 💀💀
what are you sorry about?
I’m much older than Post Malone and so prejudged him on his looks. Glad I had the opportunity to hear a couple of his interviews and discover I couldn’t have been more wrong. Great reminder about the book and cover relationship.
This was an amazing interview 💯 I enjoyed every second
I loved the STP story, I've seen allot of bands come thru WI since the late 80s thru 2000s I saw so many great bands come thru. Brings back good memories😊
I'm in Wisconsin as well and have seen tons of great bands ! I saw DRI in Kenosha and Motorhead in Racine when I was still in high school! Both at small venues!
Never exclude cigarettes' in a chat about health!
When he says coke on ice, I don’t think he’s talking about pop lol
Never listened to any post interviews before, I'm shocked how polite and we'll spoken he is
Just saw Posty at Star Lake this summer, and from what I can remember, dude fucking KILLED it- such a genuine and respectful person too, we are truly lucky for this man and his energy
Watched him in Sydney recently (was awesome) and he smashed the guitar on stage after one song and then proceeded to clean it all up before starting the next. Such a kind soul. You can't help but like him
I teared up seeing Joe choke up saying Bourdain’s name. I feel like so many of us feel the same as he does. What a loss to the world. 🥺

I swear to God I thought to myself, "who is this guy? He looks like Post Malone only thinner."
Every time I see Post he’s so god damn nice it’s sick. Both in a cool way and also in a I don’t know what he does it. A few amazing records, a lot of money, a busy life, traveling the world, meeting lots of interesting people all gotta help. The podcast is an interesting bubble of an environment. I always wish I could find these vibes at work but people are on different wave lengths. Some people just really find a weird dark fascination with making things difficult and sucking the joy out of the room. These guys aren’t on that wave. Good energy. I wish my life was a quarter as cool.
Also. Joes voice wavering talking about Anthony Bourdain caught me off guard. RIP to that legend.
Damn it’s good to see buddy looking healthy.

I remember last time post was on. Joe asked him if he wanted to lose weight and get in shape. And he said no he didn’t care. I didn’t believe that was an honest response, and now look at him that’s awesome
His weight loss seems to be more about getting his health together so he can be around for his kid for as long as possible than his own self image.
