If you want the spy www.minifigures.com/products/the-spy.html I've gotten stuff from them before and its all uv/pad printed onto official lego. Also Seriamon I would suggest putting links to all the videos you watched in the description.
A big issue tends to be the content of the property itself. If you have a Lego Ideas account and go to where you submit your idea, you can check if the IP is allowed. While Portal is (listed as Portal 2) allowed, Half-Life and TF2 aren’t. TF2 does have the higher ESRB rating so that does make it harder. While there have been Lego Ideas stuff for more “adult” things such as Friends, TF2 is considered more “adult” for the violence alone. Don’t get me wrong, Lego TF2 would be sick, but the chances of it happening are basically impossible given Lego Ideas’ rules.

This is why there is such a demand for custom LEGO figure weapons. In general I would say the LEGO company will not do a Team Fortress 2 LEGO set theme. Now my fingers are sore. in order to find any lego TF2 stuff you have to go to Bricklink click the MOCs tab and type TF2 in the search bar and if you want to buy any of what you see you need to download the Studio software and copy the build in its entirety, I spent something like 13 hours copying a Russian attack helicopter in Studio that would have set me back over $700 to buy normally, but after those 13 hours I added the parts to my "wanted list" and bought the parts for just over $250 for certain parts like helmets, vests and weapons BrickArms is an excellent company

No. They take regular lego characters and paint them. That's how custom figures are done. Sometimes with clay morphs mixed in. They only really ever mold for pieces that do not exist

So just thing about it if engineer’s sentry or teleporter or dispenser broke it would smash in to Lego pieces which makes it a trump card because who the duck wants to step on Lego pieces
Bruh the lack of LEGO knowledge has had face palming the majority of the video. I don’t expect everyone to everything. It was just painful to watch since I am really into LEGOs.

Most of the time when you make a custom lego figure you take an existing lego figure that has no print on it and apply a decal

I once made lego tf2 figures but I don't know where there are. I wish I could find them.

They put decals over normal lego figures, then saw different parts to glue onto others. They even use ‘lego Halo’ weaponry etc.
