That over hanging idle will be fixed by richening the fuel mixture screw. Mine use to have over hanging idle but road fine. As soon as i richen the fuel screw its fine. Also you can play with fuel pump adjustment just have slight play very slight and boom uncontrollable wheel stands
Just a tip mate check ya float levels 12.5mm on an 07 and clean all jets. They say 2and 1/4 turns fuel mixture but mine runs perfectly at 3-1/4 turns which means i need a bigger pilot screw, but either way its starts first kick so do all ya carb work before looking at valves👌

For example I talked a guy down from 2300 to 600 for a crf150rb. You just have to point out every problem with the bike and be fair with the negotiating
