You timed this completely wrong. You did not align the crank with the cam tower and you clearly have no clue what you’re doing. You have to align the camshaft with the crankshaft. That’s why it runs so weird because timing is off.
Richie Hervig you didn’t even check the timing marks on the crank. That’s why it’s completely wrong. You got lucky and got close to it. So you did the timing on the crankshaft correctly, but you have to align the marks on the right side of the engine.
Remove the spark plug and the cylinder head cover again. After removing those items, There’s a right plug on the right side of engine by clutch cover. Allen head bolt. Remove this bolt and you will see a punch mark on the right of the hole. Line that up with punch mark on the gear that’s inside of the hole. This puts the engine at TDC, then do exactly what you did in video to the camshaft and your bike will run way better. I’m a mechanical engineer and I’m trying to help you out and make sure you do it right.
Looks up video called CRF150r valve check part 1/2. Start at 2 minutes and watch until 4 minutes. You forgot to do that. And then it shows what orientation the gear should be at.

My 07’ has a high idle issue. It had a slight bog but today I tore the carb apart and it doesn’t have a bog anymore. But didn’t fix the high idle

whenever you put an aftermarket pipe on these it has to be rejetted. that will %100 fix your idle hang

if you pull your plug it'll show you if it's running lean the top electrode "the bent one" would have a white, tan, or orange color to it if so
