This is a very helpful video. It amazes me how many of the doctors on UA-cam, can cite the numerous studies pointing to the importance of vitamins D and K, and yet everyday real-life doctors that I have gone to always seem totally clueless about vitamin D. It is as if the study results are not being taught in medical schools.
You mention the lack of a need to lower cholesterol, but isn't the prevailing thought that there is "good" and "bad" cholesterol? Why do you not bether to make a distinction?
Why talk about carbohydrates *and* sugars? Isn't sugar a simple carbohydrate, the other kind being starch (a complex carbohydrate)?
