Lifting weights is one of my good things. But I need to increase Vit D. Great video,
Thanks for this video. 😅
Your videos are excellent. Would you do a video on the risks of sinus surgery?
Sorry, but this channel addresses only sleep, breathing, health and wellness topics only. For a detailed answer to your question, your best resource is the surgeon that may be performing the procedure. Since there are different kinds of sinus surgery, he or she is the best person to talk to you about success, expectations, and risks.
2 to 5...I have only succeeded in cutting out carbs to a large extent so far.
Screen tome I need to work on. I already do most of the things suggested.

What about doing a prolonged fast? I'm doing a monthly 72 hour or 3 day fast because my job and activities prevent intermittent fasting.
Barry : monthly 72 hour or 3 day fast is a Very Good way to go . possibly one 5 day fast every 6 Months 👍
I can address two of the things you mentioned. I'm going to do a better job of avoiding sugar. And I'll leave 3 hours between my last meal and bedtime. I'm also thinking about setting an 8 AM to 6 PM window for eating, but I'm afraid I'll go to bed hungry at 10 PM. Does vitamin D (or any supplement) actually increase growth hormone?
@@Xiled108how late?
1. Carbs. 2. Insomnia. 3. Apnea.
Why do I sleep.worse if I stop eating 3 hours before bed? Like really bad insomnia.
I wonder if too much cellphone use is like children or adults watching TV too close to the screen in the old days. Also, people who watch TV, use the computer, and use the cellphone in a ccmpletely dark room.
What about blue light in the early morning before work to reset the circadian clock?
Don't you mean don't eat carbs and sugar? What about eating celery or other vegetables that cause the digestive system to use excess energy that might be keeping you awake?
If you're going to need carbs and sugar for energy, eat them at breakfast or lunch, and be sure to burn them? After dinner desserts are the culprit you are after?
