To be honest, I think these health stuff have been over blown too much. If you woke up feeling crappy or not rested, well you are not well rested. I don't think you need a ring specifically gathering data to a specific app to tell you that you are not feeling rest. And the bottom line is this, you get all this data, how many people actually do something and change things based off the data? I'm willing to bet most will continue on their previous habit, and the data number just becomes an amusing thing they look at.
