I'm really into the made-in-Europe part, all the detailed tracking and the great looks. But I personally can't justify the price to myself. And I don't think many people will. Either the starting price must be lower or the subscription price... Alternatively, maybe they need a budget version of the product or a cut down software with no subscription. It's not a good idea to limit the company to the wealthiest consumers only!
Yeah, a lite version would be nice. The gen 3 is heavily discounted in the past months and still pretty good. Ultrahuman Air is a good alternative without subscription
Hmm this tech is too early yet, I need it to be thinner and more nice looks design but the main thing is I need the pay tap and pay with the ring without that it's really not so useful. Definitely not paying a monthly ever for a ring or smart jewelry.
Personally I would never buy any fitness tracking hardware that requires paid subscription. You're already giving them free data afterall. The consumer should be getting paid for the data instead.
Depends on how they use the data. I doubt there will be misuse by OURA. Paying a small monthly fee gives me a peace of mind that I can expect good software updates.
I was planning to buy one. After learning that it is a subscription scam, I decided not to.
Definitely won't buy a ring where I have to sign up. Already very pricey for what it is .
I don't mind the subscription as long as the app continues to be excellent.
Does the company that makes this ring have a pdf file that shows how to use the ring?
Or do they have a website that can show us how to use the ring?
They have a lot of tutorials on their website.
What would you suggest between this and the Ultrahuman Air?
You maybe refer to the Ultrahuman Air - both are fantastic rings. I tend to prefer the Oura because of the more advanced sensors.

Oura ring 4 is my first smart ring. Really happy with it. Beats the latest apple watch hands downs.
Are you going to review the Xiaomi smart band 9 pro?
Ciò, secondo te! Qual’è la colorazione in cui sono meno visibili i graffi? Sono indeciso tra l’argento lucido o spazzolato
I believe the brushed silver masks them better and that's why I ordered it.
@ Thank you very much
Love my 4. Great ring. Accurate and exercise recognition if very good.
Agreed! Sports recognition is fantastic

Ringconn 10 day battery, no subscription, $300.
True that.
Definitely not buying a product that needs additional payment for it to work 😢
You’re gonna hate smart phones… 😅
If it doesn't have battery life for a month why bother....
Maybe in a year or two it will happen
Subscription == useless.
First
You are!
