I find it laughable when people say that Wawrinka or whoever has a better one-handed BH than Federer. The thing about every single one-hander is that it takes time and space to load up and let rip...unless it's Federer's. He could just flick his wrist and hit with power and accuracy; it didn't matter if he was rushed or jammed by his opponent's shot. I've never seen another player with that ability.

Djok may be the greatest if number of grand slams are the decider but no player was more liked, more admired, made watching a pleasure, had amazing racket skills. I would miss playing tennis to watch his matches.No other player could do that.Borg was another player that had that fascination.
Grand slams makes you the player with the most grand slams....not the greatest. I have never bothered to watch a reel of Djoker shots. He wins by being relentless while Federer was art on another level

At his best Federer was unique and also dominated, and still holds plenty of his own records. He should have had a couple more slams against Nadal, and Joke-no-vax too but in a few finals they were more competitive or mentally focussed at key moments despite him dominating.
