Children really don't care about who or what is missing. They only care with who or what's there. Who can play, teach,help, and be there for them. Once someone is present, they really don't care with the absence of the other parent as long as their needs are being met. Women and men to got to learn that it's your child and you have to do what it takes to be there, especially a mother. You carried that child, you choose the man and choices meet consequences.
This type of emotional abuse is terrible. These children get used to that inconsistency which then impacts their adult relationships by putting up with inconsistent men. That baby gal needs consistency and stability, not a man who is consistently abandoning her. Smh God take the wheel.

I did this with my older kids when they were smaller. Their Dad was always absent & popping up, well trying to be. I told him absolutely not, they are too young for all this!
It is so important to expose your kids to everything you can. When I was a teacher, I learned from a class that only 50% of kids can learn by just reading about something. The other 50% have to experience it to understand. If the class is reading about golf and you've never been to a golf course or know anything about the game, you will not be able to learn as well as the kids who have played, even if its a math problem ( "John has 6 golf balls...)

I’ve been the single Mom in this same position, so I understand exactly what she’s going through! excellent advice, put your children in activities they need to be active, it’s a blessing coming and rewards, children are resilient and strong, but they pay attention to everything we do as single Moms so we have to have our stuff together because they watch everything! for me I just kept it moving stayed in prayer and God heard those prayers! I started living rather than waiting on the other parent. He has visitation rights, but rarely sees my child. No expectations. Just live and be the parent you know you can be. Just like how a person can thrive and survive off of one kidney, just imagine the joy and beautiful outcome you can be for your child and YOU. God bless!
When that baby get of age she will not want to have anything to do with him. I was sort of in a situation like that I don’t talk bad about my girls daddy to them if they want to reach out they can it’s his lost if he want to keep being inconsistent when she gets older she will definitely despise him.
One of my mom's friends went through this .... the dad never wanted to be in his daughter's lives and refused to help the mom take care of them.....once they grew older he wanted them to interact with him ...because he was their father......go figure....... the girls ended up not interacting with him because they saw and remembered how he treated their mom

I see how much my daughter wants to call or see her dad but he's so not interested in having a quality or decent relationship with her. She's always reaching out and most times he never answers his phone when she calls him. She's 7 too turning 8 years soon. He pretends to be a loving parent to people out there and makes me look like the villain that doesn't want him in 'his daughters life and its all a façade''. I'm praying I get to release my music album this year just to help invest in my daughter because she is so gifted and it is my desire to invest in my daughter. I lost my job 2 years ago and had to move back home 2 years ago. Its been tough. But I believe God will help us pull through. Thank you Tony empowering us women. God bless.

For the mom to explain the mental problems of the father at the girl's young age actually might save her from so much emotional distress that women go through who never learned this until they were grown up and experienced the pain of emotional abuse. This scenario is hitting home heavily for me as this is what I've experienced till the age of 25 today. There are soooooo many children that are going through this at the hands of the father( some mother), but mainly father. Baby girl just go through it and as she gets older she'll be able to see thongs for what they are 100%. Being raised by a single mother has made me look at motherhood a different way and even contemplating having kids one day.

I have never had all this when I was raising my daughter but I'm so glad that in my ignorance God would put things in my spirit or put people in my path that would lead me to putting my daughter in stuff after school and summers so she's not just sitting home wondering why her dad wasn't present. This knowledge is great and as a single mom who raised a girl child completely alone as far as the other parent, I can tell y'all listen and do.
Don't put your child in that position. You are the adult. If he wants to be in her life great if not you be the best mom you can be and don't talk about him, call him or look for him. Do not waste time and energy on him. I am in same boat and I do not even talk to her about him. Door is open when he want to see her but I have learned I cannot make a grown boy do what is not in his heart. One day the kid will grow as an adult and make the decision of what he will be to her. Keep it moving and create memories with your child so that they can be as happy as can be in life. My daughter is so happy and you would never think her dad does not come around. I am her world and she is mine and she feels complete. What Tony said kids will grasp to what they know now what they don't have.

My daughters baby’s dad family is the same way. He lives in a negative environment, smokes weed, cuss, and pays NO child support but yet wants to have her every other weekend. His girlfriend on videos shakin her STANKIN behind and he posts them thinking it’s cute. Our daughter was raised in church and got caught up with this grown boy because he looked like one of her famous favorite entertainers and thought she wanted a thug. Boy a very bad choice which she is now regretting!! He even has a nerve to want the child’s social security number to put her in his “insurance” which we know is a lie because he doesn’t WORK! He wants it to claim her on taxes 🤦🏾♀️ the devil is truly a liar!!!
My mom made me call my father and I hated it. As an adult I had to heal from the rejection I felt as a child because he never called me. If he doesn’t want to be a father, don’t my force him to be it would only hurt worse.

My daughters baby’s dad family is the same way. He lives in a negative environment, smokes weed, cuss, and pays NO child support but yet wants to have her every other weekend. His girlfriend on videos shakin her STANKIN behind and he posts them thinking it’s cute. Our daughter was raised in church and got caught up with this grown boy because he looked like one of her famous favorite entertainers and thought she wanted a thug. Boy a very bad choice which she is now regretting!! He even has a nerve to want the child’s social security number to put her in his “insurance” which we know is a lie because he doesn’t WORK! He wants it to claim her on taxes 🤦🏾♀️ the devil is truly a liar!!!

My mom made me call my father and I hated it. As an adult I had to heal from the rejection I felt as a child because he never called me. If he doesn’t want to be a father, don’t my force him to be it would only hurt worse.
