Thanks for watching!
Love this lady! She has built a nice life for herself. Her personal charisma is awesome!
She seems like the sweetest person. And he really helps ppl to go into details and calms nerves with compliments. He's a great interviewer.
For those commenters who are saying Parker is 'wierd' or 'kooky' or 'strange'......it's called having a personality. If we were all the same existence would be boring. I just wish she had a UA-cam channel. ...I'd definately watch it. She is a beautiful human....and what is 'normal' these days anyway. Stuff being 'normal'!!! Rock on you AWESOME human being!!! Thanks for the vlog Bob & Parker. xx
Gypsy Wandering - totally agree Gypsy... Parker's a beautiful person with a great personality!
I agree. She doesn't seem weird at all. She's sweet and strong and beautiful. And talented. Any naysayers can go jump in the lake.
She seems like a nice woman to me. Very sweet.
Im with you. i think she is lovely.
We're all weird, some of us are just better at hiding it :)
Parker is absolutely awesome. What a creative, self-sufficient person, using her wits, skill and things she had on hand to create a home that makes her happy. Love these two videos.
Parker has a great personality and she has a beautiful home!
Bonjouru I think she's awesome
Great to see a independent creative woman build a great home on wheels like this... Way Cool!!!
I love the windows, especially the sky dome.
She is darling I love that fact she is a girly girl and still a nomad you go girl! And thank you for sharing your home
She's resourceful, smart and has a great attitude!
+Valerie Giles very much so
This woman has done an excellent job on this build!
Thanks for watching David!
CheapRVliving ..she make a great job
CheapRVliving ...i like you channel
I built my own home alone, from the bottom of the septic tank to the last top shingle on the roof. It was a 9 year odyssey,, paying for it as I went along. And Like Parker I had people telling me I would never be able to do it, some even showing derision at my dream. Sadly even my best friend fought me on this. So I really felt it, when Parker said it gave her a feeling of accomplishment. And I so get the great feeling that our good host expressed about it finally being all paid for , all hers. I now , have my sights set on a 6X12 Cargo trailer, for a super lightwieght build I hope to pull with a Ford
Transit Connect. Parker you are a Hero!!!
That so called best friend wasn't much of a friend if he or she tried to tear down your dream with negative talk.
Wow, she finished a camper and is recovering, living well and travelling. Gotta laugh at the shock people have about her solar capacity. I usually integrate 1kW of solar panels and a storage to suit. The trailer I pull behind my truck has a lathe and other tools running off grid without issues. Kept my convection/microwave etc as well. Don't know why people are hating on her stuff. She's a woman with interests so she'll have what others may call clutter. Her timetable to sort it out as she wants to. Peace.
D S especially as she’s only really been out on the road for 2 weeks at the time this video was made!
This is my favorite tour I've ever watched and I adore Parker! Her style, her attitude, her humor, gosh I would love to see an update in a few months to see what adjustments have been made and how's she's enjoying the lifestyle. For the first time I wish UA-cam had a "love" button.
This lady fascinates me. She has a good aura about her to boot. Very cool. This was enjoyable to watch. :)
Yes. She seems like a sweetie
Parker you brought me to tears, but in a good way. I could see your pain but more importantly i could see you finding love and contentment.
Congratulations on your awesome efforts, i am so proud of you on so many levels.
Tfs guys & take care xx 🌹
Bob, thank you for enabling us to meet such wonderful people. Parker is certainly a beautiful person and we feel all the richer listening to her talk about her life in her truck.
Man Parker is so charismatic, friendly, and is great in front of the camera. What a beautiful build. Some of the best work I have seen in awhile. Thanks for sharing Bob! Great work on this video
What a lovely young woman. Building your own home is so satisfying. You can see it on her face.
I too had to escape the dreariness of the beautiful Pacific Northwest for my own sanity.
What did you think about not being around any water Bryant? From the rainy side of Oregon here. Maybe I should practice by going out to eastern Oregon... I know nothing about deserts.
Ellen Pham I love Oregon. Spent my summers there when I lived in an RV for a couple of years. Western Oregon (in my opinion) is not nearly as dreary as the Puget Sound or southeast Alaska. Going to the Arizona desert for my first winter was a shock after 7 years in Alaska. Took me awhile to appreciate the beauty. The important thing is to experience different areas of this wonderful country we have. (I've been to 49 states so far.)
I think it matches me, Class A! But I know rain will be a lot different in a minivan. I am just starting to practice how to do this.
Class A Living As can Central Ohio, nowadays. Now, people here frequently greet each other with, "So how do YOU like living in Seattle?!" or, "If I'd wanted to live in the Rain Forest, I'd have bought a house in the Great Northwest! When does Monsoon season end!?" Gloomy & smelling of mildew, that's us. lol! (sigh) (although, sometimes the gray rainy days are restful, I must admit - just not so many in a row! geezooey!)
I tried to leave, went to Colorado for 3 years. I came back and rediscovered paradise; ocean, forest, and mountains I have to explore in my campervan! I don't see it as dreary because there is so much life everywhere.
One thing I like is that this can be done in increments. I have been saving for two years, and noticed this week that I have enough for a vehicle... yay!
She really accomplished a lot building that truck camper. I am proud of her. Great video.
The skylight is fantastic. Great build.
I was thinking the same thing about the skylight. I think this is the first one I've seen that wide.
What a strong, beautiful and intelligent woman. Thank you for sharing Parkers story with us. I would love to follow her journey if she decides to have her own UA-cam channel. I think a lot of women could learn from her.
Kathy Hurrle me too 😉
Kathy Hurrle Men could also learn from her. I'm sure that some of em could!
SO INSPIRED!!! I love this! I love that Parker did it her way AND the fact that she's "a girl"! I get so many head shakes and big eyes when I tell people (men) how DIFFERENTLY I want to build out my van, and that I'm doing most of it completely by myself. I don't want mine like everyone else's. Parker did it! I too will do it! Thanks for sharing this story!
Insecure men are responsive like that.
keep us posted keris. i love seeing what women do and think on living the road less travelled. women like parker and yourself are inspirations to many women. all the best.
Keris Eure the best part of my rig was gutting it and starting fresh, from flooring to painting - ripped out that old dinette so fast - it was very satisfying 😎
Good luck with all of the men you'll meet on the road..
this is fantastic!! sheeps wool insulation is spectacular. and that sky light..OMG. what a great job.
I thought this was so cool
Parker is class act and cool, I applaud that.
Godspeed to you for an amazing build and the courage to live your life for the only one that matters which is YOU!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Talented, courageous lady! Love that sky-light! The mostly white interior makes the space seem bigger. The rig must suck the gas like crazy but when she is parked she is truly in a (tiny) home. Stealth is an issue. There are trade-offs for most anything in life. ...And to the people who call her weird, guess what, you must have lived a sheltered life because we are all weird - which is another way of saying we are all human.
Stealth doesn't matter to many people.
In many cities the people who don't care about stealth will be dealing with the police quite often.
Shilodog Smith That's very true. Lots of us don't plan on sleeping overnight on city streets, etc.
Bob-my hero. You have reassured so many lost, scared, confused people that find your channel. You have literally saved lives. You give hope and strength and inspiration to those in need. Your RV life hacks are awesome. Truly, although we've never met, I love you. God bless you, brother
Thank you for your kind words, Carolyn. It is an absolute honor to share other nomads experience.
I agree. There are victims of domestic violence are looking at this option as a way of dropping off their abusers radar. You can't start healing until you are able to stop looking over your shoulder and living in fear.
Absolutely, SoulSisters. Thank you, Bob!
Carolyn are you familiar with PAM? I know a lady from a fb page that resembles you
Wow oh wow what a build! Very impressive
tanfo8 a
What a great lady and a lovely home made camper
Yeah Parker, Great Job on your build!
I love this woman!!
Parker you and your tiny home rock!!
I was torn between which was my favorite thing - her pretty bedroom with its big ol' skylight, or that sweet dress she was wearing. Tell her I said, "Parker, whatever else you get rid of, hang on to that wonderful little dress!" (:
Love that dress too!
preachersdtr1 l
She did an amazing job! I am so impressed.
Bob! You keep surpassing yourself! This was another great video. And Parker is fantastic: she's bright, she can think, she can design, she can build. AND she doesn't need a McMansion, a Mercedes and people waiting on her hand and foot. She seems like a fabulous person.
Parker has a lovely personality she is a Class Act and gifted Builder this just proves even more that us women can accomplish what we set our mind to...
love her happy personality...
Love her set up so much and her mind. Good for her doing this mostly on her own. Best wishes.
Parker: Thank you for sharing your 'home'😊 and Bob, as usual, your time and efforts are greatly appreciated.
Love your home, Parker and your smile and enthusiasm are are infectious!
Wow! I really like the way this was set up. Doesn't look like the average truck camper at all!
Parker is amazing and what a beautiful home! Wow! Thank you for sharing!
she is one hell of a woman to build such a nice comfortable home with some really unique things included in it. there's not many women around that would have the first idea on where to even start such a project. way to go parker nice job!!
I found this fascinating and aspiring. How awesome is she!
Parker you did an outstanding job on building your home! It looks absolutely comfy and "doable" by even "bricks and sticks" folks like me.
She's about as awesome as ever. What wonderful, strong, determined, honest lady! To those who talk negative remember this, it's a reflection of who you are, not her. Keep on keeping on Parker. You should be incredibly proud of your home on wheels.
Old oak door skylight, love it!
bob this girl goes all out,, she did not play games with her solar. My hats off to her. thank you.
Lol ikr!! when she told us her solar specs I was damn impressed
Great job Parker! Well done! You didn't just finish, you won! That's awesome. Thanks Bob.
This lady has true grit 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻❤️
What an amazing build! Parker is a woman after my own heart. She has the fortitude to create an outstanding living space. Thanks for sharing her wonderful story with us, Bob.

She's lovely and she did things with a lot of heart and care.
You are amazing Parker...and I love love love your home..very smart and talented lady!
Really lovely home! And clearly one clever lady!!
Fascinating tiny house! It's amazing that Parker built it- wow. I love all that solar!
She's really cool and her home on wheels is too!
Ms Parker...you got a very cozy and safe home for yourself..feel like giving you a big hug when you got little emotional of your accomplishment at the end of episode...maintain well and stay safe and enjoy your freedom and your favorite clothes and shoes..dont' have to give up your sense of fashion and style. Thanks for sharing.
wow this has to be one of the best so far
This woman is a genius. You can hear it in her choice of words, her speed and style of communicating, her instant memory of every beam of construction, her editorializing herself, and her utter "know how." She loves life completely. She's overflowing with jubilations. Every wall was painted a different color. Sign of a person who "loves everything."
OMG that is very kind!
Awww. She kept one of her old bits from her horsey days and hung it on the wall. Nicely done Parker. Happier days and happy trails.
I think Parker is extremely well spoken for a person with a head injury, and her pride of accomplishment is well deserved, because that has helped her achieve a fuller recovery from the trauma of her injuries. Well done, Parker. You have built yourself a beautiful home with everything you need. Take care of yourself, Parker!! You have more Strength than you think you do!!!! TY Bob for the awesome vlogs of the most beautiful people!! xoxo
Strength is not about going through hard times, but how we overcome them.
love parker and love her build...... what an awesome job. you could tell Bob was impressed as well.....!
Bob! best RV built i've seen...love it
Thanks for sharing Parker ;)
Gorgeous, amazing skylight! As a horsewoman I noticed the full cheek snaffle bit in Parker's decor 🙂
I used to train and show horses and teach kids how to ride. I miss that so much!
I've learned so much from watching Born to Wander, CheapRVliving and I'm not through all the videos, yet.
Amazing job! Beautiful home Parker! Thank you for sharing.
Wonderful She is a Smart Little Cooky...
What a charming woman with an infectious laugh. Her home is wonderful and I love that it IS a "tiny home" on wheels. Has much more personality than a factory made rv, has space, yet isn't too big. Thank you for sharing.
lovely house with a lovely human being inside..love it....

I really like how many batteries she has.

Beautiful home
Parker is an amazing woman! Love what she's done with her home and living the life she wants. Another great video Bob! Thank you
What a beautiful home she made for herself. She should be super proud. !
I love her spunk and willingness to talk. Some of your interviewees don't seem to want to talk or quite know what to talk about, but once you got her going she gave a great tour of her home. Love it.
I think she rocks!!!!!
I love her home. This is home to me. Small compact and cozy. Love it. Thanks Bob for showing the different ways of living. I also love that she insulated with sheep wool. Smart woman.
That is one very impressive woman.
Great job Parker.....you have very good taste & a flair for all things nice. I know the entertainment center thing is extremely heavy but I love it & is what makes your place look so homey...real furniture & not plastic storage bins...please reconsider.
Wow Parker’s home is so cozy and beautiful
