The Class 195 and Class 331 Civity are very nice trains. Perhaps you should order more of them if needed.
They are uncomfortable and rough riding. But then what do you expect buying from CAF?
Yes driving trains for a TOC that hasn’t given its drivers a pay rise for 5 years is a great place to work.

I love that they are tackling the inbalance ratio of genders within the transport industry.
I'm glad we are moving towards a less stereotyped gender jobs and to more jobs that people have passion and care towards and a balanced of genders :)

If you went to Eastern Europe in the 1980s nearly all the tram driver's were ladies!
