All that monk mode progress means nothing if you dont have the skill to actually go out and network with people and gain street smarts because youve secluded yourself before ever even accomplishing anything
Monk mode = experiencing real life. Fuck technology. The only reason I'm on a screen is to watch your videos and to upload on my own channel. After that my phone is gone❤
Jesus Christ loves everyone. He died for all of us. All you have to do is accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and repent from your sins and He will save you. He will forgive you and grant you eternal life in Heaven.
@@goggins6121 Like what people did for millions of years:) Technology is only something of the last few decades. So I go to the gym, read books, have deep conversations, go out for dinner, play a lil game (not on a screen) or I upload to youtube
Why can’t you do both at the same time? You can be grinding in Monk Mode, while travelling the world, training Muay Thai in Thailand, etc. I consider this as the greatest life experience as you get to really know and understand yourself and what you are capable of achieving in life rather than the shallow weekend drinking nights that 95% of people do instead (which will always be there). Just my personal opinion, to each their own tho.
Jesus Christ loves everyone. He died for all of us. All you have to do is accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and repent from your sins and He will save you. He will forgive you and grant you eternal life in Heaven.
Honestly I feel like for me doing things half-heartedly doesn't work. I'm either in or not. For me having one single main focus helps. But I do agree that traveling is way better than partying and drinking.
@@AminsDream Jesus Christ loves everyone. He died for all of us. All you have to do is accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and repent from your sins and He will save you. He will forgive you and grant you eternal life in Heaven.
Free life experience I have done: walk, walk and walk. I walked 92 km in 22h without any rest (from 10 am until 8 am) between two cities in South Korea during a trip there. I got so many blisters I was walking in constant pain, and lost my left toe nail because of a blister at the root of my nail. It didn't cost me any money except a bus ticket to go back home, and walking in pain for hours on end really taught me a lot about myself.
@@Nicolai24 When I arrived at destination, I was freaking pissed and regreted doing it. I was so tired for not sleeping and only walking for that long. The very next day, after a good night sleep, I was already missing that experience I just had. Next time I plan to walk from my home to the beach, which is 137 km away. (again, without any rest in between). Pain isn't fun, but the feeling of accomplishment lasts a freaking long time. Also, it is a great ego boost when people ask "why on earth would you do such thing?" and you reply "for no reason, just wanted to try".
Walked from germany to the italian border last year where I busted my knee as I ran out of food and, in a weakend state, tripped and fell. Took 7days and I know exactly what you mean when you say how other people react to you casually telling them what you did
Bro didn't even end the video with a kiss :( Nah fr tho as someone just starting to get onto Monk Mode, this sounds like a great alternative that I'll have to partake in. Good job Hamza!
I'm an antisocial guy and I used to think it was cool for me to be on monk mode, and yeah it's good if you want to get shit done, but I think I was just using it as an excuse to cope with the fact I didn't already have a social life lol
It's very easy guys i've been there, just go outside more and speak to lots of people as you go about your day. Say whatever, like hello, good morning or make an observation and as you do it over & over again you will be that social mf that you want to be.
Jesus Christ loves everyone. He died for all of us. All you have to do is accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and repent from your sins and He will save you. He will forgive you and grant you eternal life in Heaven.
imo, monk mode is good when you have glaring issues like being fat, very weak or addicted to fix it quicker. If you overall decent but that's not enough and you striving for more it could be quite crippling.
Key Points: 1) Develop character before starting a business using experiences 2) Monk mode suits the established, Adonis protocol is better for beginners, balancing self-improvement with social activities 3) New experiences for personal growth and social skills development are ESSENTIAL 4) Avoid degen behaviors, life experiences should be healthy and constructive
I can’t make a business until I’m 18 because the rules of my country and the stuff to transfer needs you to be 18 but I have been going to gym consistently, practicing discipline with my home school, cleaning up my diet. I’ve been slacking a bit since the start of the holidays
Thank you Hamza for giving out good advice but i have to say i couldnt stay consistent at all on self improvement and everything was bad until i accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. He died for all our sins and He can save everyone just how He saved me. My life is way better now and doing the good habits is way easier + im sure if i died right now i would be going to heaven. Just feel like sharing this with you: Recently I stumbled upon this real cool verse while doing bible meditation, and I find this very inspiring for my self improvement journey. Meditate on this verse rn (the Word of God is both informative as well as performative, it‘ll change you while meditating on it): [He] teaches us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in the present age. Titus 2:12 or somewhere there
Monk mode for a short period of time. Say 90-100 days. Otherwise it becomes dangerous. You will gain vast amounts of knowledge from experience as life is pragmatic more than anything. My dad has more college degrees than a thermostat. He just keeps on studying.
You can do both, as long as the things you consider “life experiences” are wholesome things. It’s absolutely possible to visit foreign countries or go on a sailing trip, while still working on your goals. The problem is when people label degenerate activities as life experiences.
Stop thinking about yourself all the time and you will be happy... fuck self improvement and "living life". Just go do something and find meaning in things you don't need to analise yourself all the time. Go help some homeless person or sum
Do you guys think carnivore diet is good for bodybuilding or should i just eat more unhealthy food since its easier? By unhealthy i dont mean junk food, i mean Oats, Protein shakes and other similar things
Carnivore is better. It'll give you a bigger testosterone boost than the oats or even protein shake (unless it's 100% pure whey). This testosterone boost will make gaining muscle much easier, whilst also increasing the likelihood of you burning fat. HOWEVER, the difference between the two is marginal. If you can't afford carnivore, it's not going to make a huge difference to your physique. Your productivity in other aspects may tank though. TLDR; Carnivore >, but only slightly
@@peezy1942 Only go carnivore if you've heavily researched it. Theres alot of important things you have to eat on it to stay healthy like organ meats, bone broth, and saturated fats.
@@Lockedin03 I understand your point, as you choose one or the other, your identity fully changes and thus your actions.
