Pron is a coping mechanism for a lot of people who have dealt with childhood trauma. The people that have really bad addictions bigger than just a high drive are trying to escape. You have to address those demons. The addiction is the symptom and not the root problem.
I have been addicted to porn from 13 to 22 years old, I am currently 24. Unfortunately I relapsed after 6 months into no fap, then I got a good streak again, relapsed and again, relapsed . A few months ago I started to watch that bs again EVERY DAY. Now since a week I am on no fap again, and trust me, I’ve tried everything: journaling, hitting the gym, eating healthy, combat sports, doing things with friends etc. (and I still do and did it even when I started to watch it again) but to all men who still struggle with his: you are coping something, you need to find out what it is. Most likely it is a lack of self love, or a lack of intimacy with women. Find out what it is and deal with it, addiction is always coping. There is something that you don’t want to feel or experience, or there is something that you are missing in your life.
It is mainly distraction from anxiety. Anxiety is usually caused by male bullying - either father or other males. Anxiety remains as bullies still alive so still a threat so anxiety response when you think about them. Main problem with masturbation is that pressure of hand damages penis causing erectile dysfunction. To repair don’t masturbate for a few months. Avoid exercise and gym until penis is repaired as it can divert energy away from penis repair and it can end up taking ages. Main way to lose weight should be from restricting calories/fasting/dieting. Just fast one day a week where u eat nothing.
Hey man I think you should try out meditation. I used to be a harcore addict(started when i was 9) until i tried out meditation for around 3 weeks. Its much more easier to control urges and i have much better control of my emotions.
@@AniBlitz- Thanks for the tip bro, but I already meditate 3 times a day.. Also before I go to sleep. It did work for a while and then relapsed again. Tbh what helped me beat my porn addiction was 1. Changing my identity to a guy who no longer faps(I was telling it even to the people around me) 2. Being ok with the fact that it's gonna take time to quit, so I don't have to rush. Right now I'm fapping maybe once every two months something like that, I'm not counting it. You have to stop thinking about porn and fapping and start getting busy with the gym, school, work, relationships, religion, reading, all that good stuff you know. Hope that helps.❤
5:00 this story was mentioned in the book “atomic habits”. It’s a great book that goes over exactly why your habits happen, how to build good ones, and how to stop the bad ones. Definitely worth a read
The "changing your environment" part from this video is in the book called "Atomic Habits by James Clear", it's a really good book for self improvement, I recommend you guys to read it
Really good stuff! i love this idea of cutting back over time rather than feeling that you need to quit cold turkey and then you end up in the relapse cycle. You screw up once and tell yourself "fuck it, might as well do it again... and again..." Maybe that works for some people but if it doesn't, try a different approach.
I feel like this advice has given me a new way to look at it, because i have reduced my maturation to like once or twice a month normally on the same day i relapsed, and insted of being proud of the progress I'm always so disappointed in myself but if i got anything from this video its that I can give my self some breathing room and just be happy about how far I've come, thank you for this advice
Guys Meditation is a game changer. And self image also plays a huge role into this. And try to breathe correctly it also helps And more importantly don't count the days.
Only thing I would say is that I personally wouldn’t be obsessing over how often I tap it just adds to the thoughts about it and I would only try to thing about it if I am making good progress and rewarding myself for that

Hamza, I agree with your advice, and also Richard's advice as well. Just like the gym, you just have to be consistent (progressive overload). I’ve reduced my usage substantially, honestly don’t think it’s makes a massive difference. Definitely feel better not fapping, mentally and physically, but it’s not going to turn you into Superman if you quit. A lot of people seem to use these addictions as an excuse for why they aren’t successful. I still 100% agree we should all quit though
If you're more of a bum in general it'll make more of a difference if you stop fapping. Like I used to fap all the time and I was still able to over $10k/month in my business at the time. It's hard to say exactly how it helps, because I definitely feel better not fapping. I'd say I have more drive for the future vs just getting stuff done in the present.@@Aurora-bv1ys
Porn was a major factor in ED I had. Couldn't even get it up half hard when I was with a very beautiful girl which led to us breaking up. When I quit cold turkey, I relapsed here and there (maybe once every two weeks - once every month) to very vanilla stuff, but I couldn't believe when I woke up one day and had the biggest hard on ever. I started dating a few weeks after and I was able to perform very well.
@@itxchivp4783 He is probably not like most guys who are addicted, and can actually find love. Female standards are insane. He is probably in the high percentile of looks or money
How do you deal with high sex drive when you don't have a partner? When I was 19-20 my sex drive was at its lowest but now at 25 my sex drive returned to levels that of when I was a teenager.
1 Corinthians 6: 18 - Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. I have also been addicted to watching porn in the past. It really did effect me in a horrible way and brought on some horrible things in my life. You truly can overcome these sins through god. Just try and you eventually will overcome this horrible sin. I wish you all luck in this journey.
The thing that made me stop is I wanna be able to perform with a girl. Imagine getting a girl and you can’t even get it up. She would be like WTF?? I don’t want to be that guy.
I've been trying progressively unloading on smoking weed but this shit is coming back over and over again from last 5 years. I don't think progressively unloading on weed would help me. I'm going cold turkey from right now. Wish me Luck
I was addicted, and then I had a cannabis induced psychosis. It was a blessing in disguise, it killed my enjoyment of weed. any time I smoked it would trigger terrible tactile hallucinations and I even saw faces in the floor. But its most likely because of the mushrooms I took and had a bad trip, that triggered something. I was able to cold turkey and I havent had not one craving.
This is an excellent video. I think I've found my trigger for masturbation. And the deep breath technique, I've been doing it subconsciously when my mental energy is high and I really didn't want to fap. Good to know that this is actually a great way to control myself.
What you can add to all this advice is change your identity. Believe that you are not a fapper (even if you fap) and watch how it benefits you. If your identity is a fapper you will only strengthen the addiction in your mind
I think your videos would be more pleasant to watch if you put your facecam on one half the screen and the post of the man you're giving advice to on the other half.
I want to quit porn and mastrubation so hard but , at that moment of urge , i just can't, i feel like I'm possessed to a different person , i try to distract by studying but can't focus more than 3 min , it happens for hours and finally i give up. This happens again and again again. Then my whole day to a week i feel down and guilt. I'm afraid
For men that are far in this journey, but still stuck at JO 1-5 times a month, and never attaining the real benefits of retention: you have to reconstruct your identity and go cold turkey. You have to destroy that little voice in your head that still wants to escape the pain of daily life through porn. That's the last step, that only 1 in 1000 of the guys who do nofap will make it to.
The breath method really works I've heard of it in other Hamzas vedeos But my problem was that I didn't remember it or even didn't want to do it because of the short felling of escape Every method doesn’t work if you forget about it Now that I've seen this vedeo I'll do something that will make me remember of it. Probably put it in my calendar or name my alarm (take masive breaths) If this helped you that you're reading this leave a like :) And also have an amazing self-imrovement journey brother
When I'm at the gym it's me against me, I imagine I'm fighting against my self that views women differently because of porn and every rep kills this depressing part of me. I need 100 % discipline when it comes to beautiful girls and women. It also builds self respect
Hamza, I love your point about the soldiers coming back and not having issues with addiction, but I think that is a false statement from someone who lives in the SF Bay Area. Everyone that I have known who has been in that war, is absolutely mentally screwed from addiction. That is a very good point you make though, environment involves a huge impact on addictions
Guys, don't be stupid, stop running uphill. Trying to quit porn and masturbation alone won't get you far. You have to find your current purpose, weather it's making money cuz you're broke or finding a bigger purpose if you're already rich. Without a purpose and a daily routine that keeps you grounded, I believe you're 100× more vulnerable to falling off. FIND YOUR PURPOSE. MAKE A PLAN. CREATE A PATH ( Routine ).
finally stopped watching last week, because i’ve been talking to this girl and she’s absolutely someone i’d like to keep in my life as long as i can see into the future and and watching porn is never going to allow me to live my life with this girl. even though it’s been around a week ive already lost count of the days and i don’t even think about porn, i can’t even get aroused unless im thinking about her.

im 15 now, I ve been watching porn from like 11 or 10, end of last year is when I decided to quit. basically over 2023 I reduced my fapping immensely since I wanted to quit for a long time. From like 3-5 times a week to 1 -2 times per 2 weeks. Recently I saw a video where someone talked about his D not going up when his first sexual experience came. That has scared me af. Now I'm not a person who fapps anymore, and never will. So the method in the video with reducing thru time was the method that helped me.
Main problem with masturbation is gay pressure of hand damages penis causing erectile dysfunction. It also reduces masculine development as energy goes into penis repair each day rather than masculine development like penis growth, beard etc. So if u have damaged it I would stop all masturbation for a few months (It takes a while to repair). Also avoid exercise until it is repaired as that can also divert energy and it can end up taking ages to repair.
I started speaking to this girl two weeks ago. Around the same time, I stopped watching porn, and my life have never felt more intense and worth living
@nivethonj5944 You can do the same only If you're willing to make the sacrifice. 1) Keep yourself busy. Focus on your studies, get a job, find a hobby i.e., reading. 2) Delete social media. As extreme as it sounds, it will defo help you with disconnecting from porn, but social media is crucial for connecting with people

True. But I feel like the willpower required to quit this also spills over to other parts of life as in we become more hardworking.
Commeting for the algorithm
I am so far into this addiction it doesent even bother me anymore.
thats just sad
You’re lying. It does bother you deep down, otherwise you wouldn’t have clicked on this video and you wouldn’t have commented. Don’t give up.
the red mist method is realy promising
I need to track it
Porn was a major factor in ED I had.
Where do you find women?
@@itxchivp4783 I’ve been using dating apps recently. I wouldn’t recommend them though unless you are decent looking.
Good advice hamza
1 Corinthians 6: 18 - Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.
I have also been addicted to watching porn in the past. It really did effect me in a horrible way and brought on some horrible things in my life. You truly can overcome these sins through god. Just try and you eventually will overcome this horrible sin.
I wish you all luck in this journey.
❤️🔥
The thing that made me stop is I wanna be able to perform with a girl. Imagine getting a girl and you can’t even get it up. She would be like WTF?? I don’t want to be that guy.
What app we can ask questions to hamza?
Seeing Hamza in white feels strange, I've almost only seen him wearing dark clothes
Very helpful, it doesn't require buying a magic course or ebook
Earliest I've been to a Hamza vid.
I wholeheartedly agree that pornography is the destroyer of strong men.
All of this is so foreign to me I’ve never watched porn or had trouble with fap. How does somebody want to keep doing that dirty shit?
It usually starts from when you’re impressionable. And then it just spirals lower and lower
If you don't have this addiction, you're already above like 95% of men. Keep doing whatever your doing!
Bro really said manchesters worse than the Vietnam war 💀
I think your videos would be more pleasant to watch if you put your facecam on one half the screen and the post of the man you're giving advice to on the other half.
I want to quit porn and mastrubation so hard but , at that moment of urge , i just can't, i feel like I'm possessed to a different person , i try to distract by studying but can't focus more than 3 min , it happens for hours and finally i give up. This happens again and again again. Then my whole day to a week i feel down and guilt. I'm afraid
Fully agreed.
Im gonna try that out
The breath method really works
I've heard of it in other Hamzas vedeos
But my problem was that I didn't remember it or even didn't want to do it because of the short felling of escape
Every method doesn’t work if you forget about it
Now that I've seen this vedeo I'll do something that will make me remember of it.
Probably put it in my calendar or name my alarm (take masive breaths)
If this helped you that you're reading this leave a like :)
And also have an amazing self-imrovement journey brother
I dont think Manchester is worse than a war in vietnam
When I'm at the gym it's me against me, I imagine I'm fighting against my self that views women differently because of porn and every rep kills this depressing part of me. I need 100 % discipline when it comes to beautiful girls and women.
It also builds self respect
I have been stuck in stage 1 for 2 and a half years
I know it is kinda wishy washy but I'll try it.ill update in a week
Honestly semen retention is OP in every single way. After you get 10 + days I literally get way stronger at the gym
I love when your agreesive 😅😂
Hamza, I love your point about the soldiers coming back and not having issues with addiction, but I think that is a false statement from someone who lives in the SF Bay Area. Everyone that I have known who has been in that war, is absolutely mentally screwed from addiction.
That is a very good point you make though, environment involves a huge impact on addictions
Not just addiction but the things they witnessed. Many didn’t volunteer, they were drafted.
Read easy peasy method it's a free book. I quit using it
Breathing deeply and moving your sexual energy + identity shift is the key to change your life.
finally stopped watching last week, because i’ve been talking to this girl and she’s absolutely someone i’d like to keep in my life as long as i can see into the future and and watching porn is never going to allow me to live my life with this girl. even though it’s been around a week ive already lost count of the days and i don’t even think about porn, i can’t even get aroused unless im thinking about her.
I greaqtly apreciate this motivational content

The world is against us. The things that are bad for us are very accessible and the norm. But the the things that are supposed to help us grow, are few and far between to come across. Stay dialled in lads. Don’t let the trap of everyone else’s degenerate behaviours affect you.
im 15 now, I ve been watching porn from like 11 or 10, end of last year is when I decided to quit. basically over 2023 I reduced my fapping immensely since I wanted to quit for a long time.
In drug addiction, that's called "dosing down".
Your a very wise man.
I'm doing the same thing right now. I'm 49
Excellent work brother.
Just think about growing muscle it helps to manifest urself looking strong
I started speaking to this girl two weeks ago. Around the same time, I stopped watching porn, and my life have never felt more intense and worth living
wish i could say the same about my life.
@nivethonj5944
You can do the same only If you're willing to make the sacrifice.
1) Keep yourself busy. Focus on your studies, get a job, find a hobby i.e., reading.
2) Delete social media. As extreme as it sounds, it will defo help you with disconnecting from porn, but social media is crucial for connecting with people
Got a gf as well. Stopped having the urge to fap and I have more motivation in the gym. To anyone who doesn’t have a gf find a way to get one it will change your life.
Within 1 hours 🎉
Awesome advice. But I feel that J.K Emezi of Elevated Recovery and other professionals who coach people on quitting PMO are the authority on this topic
There is too much more in the video beside the porn addiction, Learned a lot even though I'm not addicited to porn anymore.
Books like The Porn Guru by Harper Daniels are helpful. It shows why porn is so destructive and offers help for quitting the habit.
1. Change our enviroment
2. Progressivley deload
3. Breathe deeply and visualise your energy release in your body.
11:00 bro got angry😹😹😹😹
😂😂😂😂
Please dont use pictures of potentially relapse triggering images.
My man hamza looking handsome
Just dont watch it ✅
Usually it's a whole psychological issue, if you get too far in, you'll start tuning in just to see what the new stuff is like a damn tv show
