How can I save all of it to my cloud? I should know this but it's my first time needing to do something like this so I'm a little confused.
Instead of doing that factory resetting and connecting it you can just factory reset but if you remember your email and password from your account you can just log in back to your account that's what I did it worked and I kept everything no matter even though it was not gorilla tag I kept everything cuz I play gorilla attack rip-offs like penguin Paradise and I have the jetpacks and I didn't want to lose them so I just factory reset and I just logged in back with my email and password
Guess I have to buy a new quest 2 because pairing my phone with my quest is not working

When you do a factory reset does it delete your Facebook account off the oculus or does it automatically take you back to your account once you pair it again?

it will save all of the games because all have been stored to the cloud. If it doesn't You might have to log on to your phone/computer to get them back

When i had my cloud backup on i factory reset it then i showed all my games that i got and bought but it didn't save my data from every game besides gorilla tag because all my stuff from gorilla tag was there but the data from every game was gone like in nfl pro era 1 all my 32 team footballs were gone

I dont think It does You would have to check or back them up to the cloud or your phone/computer.
it only saves the ones that are synced to the phone but the other issue is the fact that it randomly changed itself because I had the pattern saved and it hadnt worked as if someone knew it got into my headset and changed it

if you did the cloud backup then log onto the devise you used for that acc on your oculus then there will be a button saying " Are you sure you want to store all your downloads?" then click accept then you should be good to go! This happened to me and I was freaking out but I did these exact steps and got them back and still currently playing my fav games. Your welcome

If you sign in on a computer and look your games should be there and you’ll have to hook up an oculus cable to back them up and or play them. Or there should be more videos to see how to get games like beat saber back
I have the same problem, after logging back into my headset after a reset, everything is gone. I tried to use my link cable but the oculus software also showed me that I had to rebuy all of my games. Any tips?

@@Pitchersdaily ok, thank you for your consideration. I solved the issue by using the log in with email option instead of the log in with facebook option for anyone reading this with the same issue.

I did it a little while ago and it literally deleted every single thing off my headset except for my profile name, and I can’t download the games again. So I lost about $300 on the stupid bullshit. Not on this video, I did it a little while ago but hopefully everybody reads this and understands not to do that
Hey, so update, you actually do get all your games back. I accidentally factory reset it and then paired my other Facebook account, which wasn’t attached to all of my games. I called support and it took about 20 minutes, I have all my games back.

You need to turn on cloud backup in settings, if you have it enabled (It should automatically be turned on), then you are good to go, but you also need to know your sign-in information.

I don’t think those stay, because it is a factory rest. It should delete every things except for your apps and accounts( and data with those apps). So, no I don’t think those will save
But you could also try to transfer the videos and photos to your phone and then factory reset. But other than that, I don’t know what to tell you.
