My favorite winter moisturizer is Paula's Choice Resist Intensive Repair cream and Paula's Choice Calm (dry skin formulas) or Skin Recovery spf 30 (they contain the same formula).
I know you shouldn’t read too far into the percentage of active ingredients, but I’m baffled that Glytone can get SPF 40+ with 2% titanium dioxide and 1% zinc oxide.
Hello Jenny! What spf do you use around the eyes? You apply your serums and moisturizers so quickly, so it seems you don't cover all your face especially upper eyelid. I think applying spf with such thin layer is not good.
Dr Liu ! I have a question about Niacinamide : since I have very oily and acne and rosacea prone skin, I would love to incorporate this ingredient in my routine (alongside Benzoyl Peroxyde and Tretinoin that I already use separetly and tolerate very well), but when I tried the Cerave PM, my skin was oilier and I got small pimples. I wasn't comfortable. I since am too afraid to use another product with Niacinamide... How can I know my skin reacted to this ingredient and not to something else ? I hope you will be able to answer me ! Thanks for your videos ♥️
Dr. Liu! Please help. I was using Cerave benzoyl peroxide cleanser for a while but stopped because I wasn’t seeing results. But then I saw your video with mixed makeup so I decided to give it a shot and got adapalene as well. I used that for two days, and then added the Vichy prebiotic serum. And then on day 3 I woke up with like chemical burns. Could the Vichy have done this? Or could it be because I used the adapalene two days in a row off the bat? (I know this is a mistake and I’m going to stop using it for a few days and then start out twice a week and then increase) I’m just trying to figure out what I did wrong or if I need to take the Vichy prebiotic back and maybe get the original? Or another hydrating serum? I have dry, acne prone skin with super sensitive eyes, but it’s my hole face that is red/burned. Please help!
i think you’re right and that it is very possible that you started off too quickly. i would recommend taking out the vichy for a while just because it gets confusing which product is causing the irritation. then you can introduce the vichy back into your routine once your skin is accustomed to the adapalene
Sounds like you need to go slow especially when starting topical retinoids you really don’t want to add anymore products for at least few weeks to a month until your skin gets use to it

Hello Jenny. You are amazing 😘👸🏻

Maybe it's a combination, chemical and mineral sunscreen?
I love your videos , what moisturiser good for oily and acne prone.
Love versed or neutrogena gel or CERAVE oil free
Dr. Liu, how long do you wait between layering the products, particularly in regards to vitamin C & Hydrating serum . . . also wrt Retin A at night?
I wait for like a minute or two just Until products are absorbed
Thanks Dr. Liu! That's so helpful to know. I really appreciate you responding to my question.😊

Does the am and pm fall routine help with acne, anti ageing? Can i use then both together?
After this then you can do your usual makeup?
Great info! Can the eye serum be used by people with dry eyes?
I was totally awake.
Dr Liu do you have a morning and night routine? or is once a day sufficient?
I have an am and pm but really do what works for you
You didn’t add a vitamin C?
