Honda CRF230 Rear Shock Linkage Clean and Lube. Forgotten maintenance.

We will clean and lube the rear suspension on the mighty Honda CRF230.
Disassemble, Inspect, clean and grease the suspension bearings. We will be using Mystic Grease to repack the bearings. This is about the same on motocross and off road motorcycle.

Yes indeed, If you have concerns about how tight you are going on bolts, Please use a torque wrench faithfully. This is my motorcycle and I have been working on these things for years. Thank you for watching.
