Another great video from RMATVMC. Just did all the pivot bearings on my rear suspension including swingarm with the Motion Pro tool. I was apprehensive on the price, but it was worth every penny. It was the first time I ever did this and the tool, along with Charles advice made the job easy and was actually fun to do.

*** Blind Puller hack. Empty the wishbone race needles. Take a washer the ID of the empty race. Grind flat spots on opposite sides enough to get it into the empty race. Turn the washer (square side down) against the race wall and push it out with a couple of deep sockets. Vice was tough so I used my floor press. It would help to put the whole wishbone in the freezer for a bit and then heat the outside aluminum.

I saw the way you put the collar and dust seal on for the lower shock mount. Is the service manual wrong for 2004 CR250? It shows the collar going in first with the wide flat side against the bearing, then the seal goes on top of it. All other installations I see do it the way you did it, and not by what's in the manual.

We don't sell a rear linkage rebuild kit for that bike but you can find Suzuki OEM parts here: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/oem-parts/Suzuki

He's correct in doing so. It cushions the nut and makes the tool work better.
