I have to confess- I like really like this game a lot. Don't get me wrong- it's kind of shallow, full of flaws and bugs and needed more polish, but I just can't explain it. I can spend hours on this game killing time following side quests or just exploring. It's like a stress reliever for me 😊
I'm getting sick playing Elden Ring, especially the dlc for it, because of all the stress involved in it but Biomutant seems like the perfect change I need. Just ordered it from Ebay and look forward to playing it. Simplicity is the perfect medicine sometimes.
it's a game i was really hyped for when it was announced, then after the delays i forgot about it, and when it finally released, the first reviews didn't make me confident i'll enjoy it then forgot about it again. I'd like to try it, if i find it at a discount on PS5, but the lack of story scares me a little bit; i fear i will play for 10H and go play something else. But your review makes me want to try it for sure.
i think their marketing team failed, if you look at NMS , they update all the time, but its also all over youtube i totally forgot about biomutant , even tho i had fun playing it. ill pick it up again.
I'd describe it as an action rpg that appears to be a survival scavenger for better and for worse; there's plenty of exploration with unique stuff to find and see but without the disruptive chores such as eating sleeping and item maintenance, however the story is expectedly simplistic to the point of being unimportant in itself short of obvious moral choices as the worldbuilding lore is more prevalent and interesting than the actual plot. Weirdly I'd say it's akin to Shadow Warrior 2 or Terraria, it's all about the customizable playstyle and it's done exceptionally well, but you also gotta make your own fun.
I like this game. Good game. Not amazing but a good game to lose 30 hours in. It’s not Elden ring or horizon or even borderlands but for me it’s better than stuff like Spider-Man or call of duty. Good for people who like arpg type games.
I hope u don't get this in the wrong hole but this feels more like a commentary.. not a review.. overall still a good insight on the game. Just what i was looking for.. but how exactly does it work when u open the game? would've loved to see do you join ''your'' openworld like in Elden Ring or a ''Hub-based'' World like in Destiny, Warframe or TFD? 4 Player team limit? missing out some formals about the game.. what about perfomance? in todays decades probably more worth mentioning than ever.. Keep it up !
Thanks for the advice! I’m still new to writing reviews and looking to get better. I do briefly speak on performance towards the end of the video as well. Thanks for watching!

Like a cozy game
we all have a guilty pleasure. you're good.
@@God_Guns_Texas did you get to play it?
My First Craft was a Tanto Gigablade with radiation element reminded me of Zabuza sword
my biggest issue other than the lack of proper VA, was tĥe lack of impact in the combat.

It's not mana. It's the stamina. PsiPowers, dodging, BioPowers use an amount of o your stamina bar

Knowing how many good games are out there now, even if its free to play i feel that its not anything special.
Game was stale on arrival, felt like they spent all their budget on visuals when it came to story and narrative $5.
