Felu, you're making losing weight incredibly fun and easy with your food hacks and recipes. This is by far the easiest I've ever loss weight without losing energy. I am very optimistic about my journey. I thank you my friend and wish you much more and continued success!
Thank you so much. I wish you all the best on your journey :)
I put the entire head of cauliflower minus green leaves in a pot with about an inch of water cover and steam for eight minutes, you can drain the water off and then just hit it with a potato masher a couple times. It turns it into rice texture, not a mush. This way it doesn’t make a mess all over your kitchen with those little pieces everywhere.
Awesome idea!

I feel like this channel is so underrated considering the variety of food you are trying to cook.
Glad you think so :)
Oh fantastic timing :) I was just prepping to make sushi bowls and worrying if the cauliflower rice I was using would taste good… great idea to mix with rice
Sounds great!
Man i am so glad i have found this channel! Makes eating and staying in a caloric deficit so much more fun and easier! Thanks a lot
Thank you so much for saying this. It's the entire point of this channel :)
This is exactly the kind of thing I need. I love to cook and have a savory tooth. The sheer volume of this is going to be a huge help so I can still eat a lot of delicious food without having the massive calorie burden. Man, you are good. I can see how these ideas will incorporate into other recipes I already enjoy. I'm all about volume eating, now that volume is not going to give me a heart attack haha.
You have by far the best food UA-cam channel👍
Thank you so much :)
this channel is severely underrated. i hope you really take off.
Thank you :)
Omg cauliflower+rice and cauliflower+(sweet) potato mash are the two things I have been incorporating in my diet lately and love love both. But the oats haha i dont think im ever going there. 😅
Haha yeah Oats seemed odd to me as well but I quite like it :)
Adding some frozen cauliflower florets when blending your smoothies or milk shakes is also nice, it makes them higher volume / thicker / creamier and doesn't compromise the taste
Sounds awesome. Cauliflower has actually a lot of starch and no sugar. So it makes absolutely sense that it makes stuff thicker
Just found your channel the other day. Most underrated channel on UA-cam. Keep up the good work man
Thank you and welcome :)
I use cauliflower to make a hibachi style fried rice all the time. There are also some already seasoned frozen ones that are delicious.
Sounds great!
Damn, I fell in love with your channel.
The meals are healthy, tasty and relatively easy to prepare, and the videos are high quality as well.

you are the best.... im inspired!!! thanks so much for sharing this great content... more power to ur incredible lifestyle and YTC
Thank you so much :)
Ive only chopped it finely, but this looks like a great way to rice cauliflower.
I use it with a sort of meat and veggie stir fry using some coconut oil and a bit of butter. Then in the same pan, I fry up the cauliflower with a bit of onion and egg. So good, and it's an easy meal prep that feels like a super filling Chinese food that hits all the macros I need.
The oatmeal is so good! I don't even know I'm eating cauliflower
I’m definitely trying those recipes. The oatmeal looks delicious
Thank you :)
I made your cauliflower rice mix and it was great! Paired it with some japanese curry and I was stuffed off of a sub 500 calorie meal!
If you want to add cauliflower to your diet, I suggest this: Just cut it into bite-sized pieces, add salt, pepper, turmeric, and olive oil to coat. (Use the core! Just cut it into thin coins and it will cook right along with the florets.) Cook in a sheet pan at around 400F for about 45 minutes, or until you reach your preferred level of doneness. Flip it at least once, the brown bits are the best bits.
It takes a while, but it's super easy, and you won't believe how delicious it is!
I am loving cauliflower this past 3 weeks. I mash my cauliflower with ground beef. Its tasty and low calorie
Sounds great!
Gotta try those mashed potatoes! Also, 6k subs in just a few days? Finally getting the recognition you deserve! Keep it up
Thank you, it's actually crazy how much this channel is growing
Just came across your channel and I think it's absolutely awesome, I'm subscribed and I love all your content, but I think a man of your talent, deserves a nice sharp knife, make your life easier. please keep up the good work.
Thank you :) I actually just sharpened my knife but i think my sharpening tool is garbage
Wow wow wow. Amazing. Thank you so much
So nice of you, thanks :)
Which store in germany has cauliflower rice?
I had the same idea , i used to add a konjac bag in my noodle bowl to add more volume, only issue is the cost € per calorie became very high but no hunger anymore so i think it's still a win
thank you Delu you made my life easier by introducing me to knojac noodles!
I'm so glad you like them
Discovered your channel this week and already tried three of your recipes. They turned out fantastic, thanks for your great content. Keep up the good work. I think sous vide/Immersion Cooker could be something you would really enjoy, for super juicy chicken breast and other stuff :)
Thank you :) I'm thinking about sous vide for a long time now but I don't have enough space at home haha.
some of us have hard time eating cauliflower and cabbages which gives extreme gas.. any trick to get rid of that.. what my mom does is soak the cabbage and now its more easier but for cauliflower no idea
Is cooking cauliflower in a pot for oatmeal better than steaming it in the microwave?
Cauliflower is so awesome. You can do so many yummy recipes with it! 😁
It really is! Even just roasted in the oven it's so good
Can you make a recipe with the rice and cauliflower mixture?
Veilen leiben dank! Ich leibe diese channel!
Do you use the same method/process with frozen cauliflower rice?
Yes!
I’m gonna be doing grilled tofu with cauliflower in like a green curry sauce on the weekend.
That sounds awesome :)
Could you do this first combination (cauliflowers and rice) in your rice cooker?
Yes absolutely!
Could you throw frozen cauliflower rice plus regular rice and water all into a rice cooker?
I don't have a rice cooker but I absolutely think this will work
I like just finely chopping it and once cooked mix some peanut butter and szechuan pickle/sauce which is 20cal per tablespoon. Tastes like peanut satay when mixed up. 👍
That's a great idea!
another one i think everyone should try is cauliflower meatballs i go with the leanest mince i can get and blend it in a food processor with cauliflower at a 40/60 ratio and a little bit of gravy powder to increase the meatyness and also act as a binder you can tell they aren't normal meatballs but still taste great, the first time i made them i did 60% meat and %40 cauliflower and my mum who hates the stuff tried a bit of the meatball and liked it so much she ended up asking if she could have it for tea
Are you boiling, steaming or cooking the cauliflower prior mixing with the meat?
And would you still include breadcrumbs into the meatballs your idea sounds intruging. I presume you cook the meatballs at 180 for 40 mins in the oven?
This sounds amazing. I will try that for sure :)
@@kaniran1 i don't pre cook them myself and i don't use the breadcrumbs either i do cook at that temp and time tho i usually cover them with my sauce to help them soak up flavour tho
I made a purely cauliflower mash for a Shepard's pie type thing once. it actually was delicious lol, I'd do it again
I did that a lot of times as well :)
Is it appropriate for muscle gain as a replacement to any meat?
no, sadly not. You need protein to gain muscle and cauliflower is basically carbs and water
Here at 27k subs, lets see where it goes
It's wild right now
just boil the cauliflower add salt and pepper it has its natural rich flavours if you want a little treat you can add some pumpking or olive oil
boiling couliflower is the best smell on the world
Yes!
I'm not a fan of cauliflower in savory cooking, especially if it's replacing something high in carbs, but I think I'm gonna try swapping out one of the bananas in my smoothie bowls with some frozen riced.
Sounds great!
Frozen cauliflower florets are better in smoothies than the riced version.
@@Miidi8787 thanks for tip, I'll try that 😄
444 grams of carbs is 1.5 dsys of carns for me. I usually only eat 30g or less
The Problem is that cauliflower is expensive right now in Germany. 1.50€ per piece
Can you also show the fiber content of each recipe?
MFP don't have that on their website sadly
@@Felu that’s ok your videos are still great, I’ve been watching since 5k
@@savvasef978 Thanks a lot :)
I thought using a blender/food processor makes the consistency like paste instead of mashed potatoes 🧐
I like the consistency a lot tbh.
@@Felu hmm, I'll have to try it out, thanks 🙃
where in germany can i buy cauliflower rice!!!!!
In most groceries but you will be better of to make your own
@@Felu i spent 10 minutes today looking in kaufland and no luck. Do u know which brands make it? Thanks for the reply
@@biro2200 I don't know the brand name. I amke it myself tbh. It takes 2 minutes
@@Felu Will try to make it. I am like you having to do WFH which eats a lot of time
Is there are a healthy weight gain? I wanted to reach my BMI but I do not want to simply gorge into junk foods and soft drinks
I would try to find my maintenance calories and just add 300-500 calories on top with. Eat from all food groups, try to eat protein in every meal, incorporate fats and just make small changes at a time. Be patient and you will get there. I wish you all the best
Subscribed becuz I will regret if I didn't
Thank you :)
Can you do spaghetti sqash next!
I will do them when it's again squash time. Right now there is none in my grocey store
@@Felu awesome ty so much, I'm a big guy and these high volume recipes are amazing for me, ty ty
Welp just gained a sub
THank you :)
*pinch* of salt
Actually raw rice has significantly less calories than cooked rice as when cooking and washing excess starch is washed off and water weight is absorbed
That makes no sense but maybe I'm wrong. Thanks for watching
Use cauliflower as a substitute for mashed potatoes, rice, and any joy in your life. You have no friends now, there is only cauliflower.
I like cauliflower, thanks for watching :)
100g of water it’s 100ml
Well technically its 99,7g ;)
The issue I have with cauliflower, it has no flavor, or the taste is like cardboard.
Forget the rice. Too many carbs.
Third 😅
first
Too bad I hate the taste of cauliflower 😅
Yeah a lot of people do haha
one question that I wonder is, what do the farts smell like? Like in general with this kind of diet..?
Yes there are many good things you can do with cauliflower. But what you are doing looks very yucky. A bunch of smush.
