@AdventureRIGco My very first lasfit - LD Plus switchback will be here my home soon today, and I’m lookin forward for this. I did also get the anti-flicker system, so that I don’t want to come across that will make flickering or shifting the colors of the led. My couple questions is. 1: how’s ur LD plus switchback holdin up? Did they started to flickering or no? 2: how did those double sided masking tape holding up the external driver? And where can I buy those? Menards or Home Depot?
I have a 2007 Toyota Camry. Would you recommend LED headlight bulbs with a drive or without? I noticed on the Lasfit website, the drives are only on the switch, but I don't necessarily need fog lights where I'm at. What's your two cents?
I’d say if you live somewhere where fog lights aren’t really needed I would stick with the single color option. If you frequently drive in foggy, heavy rain, or snow it might be beneficial for the switchback option. I haven’t done any measurable or quantitative tests but in my opinion you get better light output from the one color option bulbs. The switchback option seems dimmer. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions you may have!
@@AdventureRigCO Thank you for replying! This definitely helps, I'm practically blind at night, I really need some lights that are brighter, so I'll definitely go with the single color option. Have you tried other LED brands? If you have, what are top ones you like?
I haven’t had any interference issues. I have a Midland radio hardwired in the the rig too, I feel like if anything were to catch interference it would be that. And the fans kick on as soon as the lights turn on and run until they’re off.
Awesome question! The best real world example I can tell you is in snow. The yellow light is better in those situations, even heavy rain. If you live off dirt roads like the country side it can help with cutting through dust as well!
I might do this for my 2018 Elantra's 9005 lowbeams. I'm in FL with tons of rain.

When u put a double sided mounting tape on an external driver, did it get burned overtime?
How bright is the white light ? Do they shine farther ? Thanks
They are 6000LM. That’s 3000LM per bulb. 6000k/3000k. And yes they do shine way farther.

Glad I could help! Let me know how they are for you when you get them installed!
Hi, do you still run these on your rig? Any electrical interference when the fans kick on?

What would you say is the real world use of the yellow light?
