Just bought a tricked out 2012 Yamaha G26 for the family cottage. You channel is going to come in handy once it needs maintenance. Thanks for the great content.
You're a better man than me, I'd have gone with 8.5 ugga duggas and called that flywheel good! Don't worry about the belt, I use torque converters for all my mini bikes & go karts and have never seen one like that, I'd have struggled too. I spy with my lil eye a Coleman CT200U!
Thanks Ken, I appreciate the kind words of support and encouragement. I think I pretty much always have a mini bike in here waiting for parts from Coleman. I wish they would give me a small inventory...
I'm about to embark on this same journey very soon. I've got the golf cart (same one, G29) stripped down and ready to pull the motor. She's blowing blue smoke at the moment. I hope it's just the rings. I found quite a bit of stuff packed into the cooling scoop/fins, so hoping the bottom end isn't ruined as well.
Man I have nothing but respect for you brother! That was a good learning experience for us all. I hope you are doing better and keep up the awesome work!
i was shouting at the screen telling you to put belt on top pully first i learnt the hard way on the combines till my dad showed me but a good job done KB 👍

All that bending over and having the sniffles sucks ! Hope you're feeling better soon . Nice looking golf cart sweet ride now !
Yeah, that was not very fun, but the work must go on. I am all better now, thank you. It is a good looking cart for sure!
TO TORQUE YOUR FLYWHEEL , BOLT IT TO THE WORK BENCH !
That is a good idea, but also takes more time.
I thought I was the only 1 that struggled sometimes
No way dude! We ALL struggle at times!
