Hey friends, I have a real treat for you this week! I’m sharing three easy and delicious one skillet meals that I made for my family this week! These come together so quickly and I was able to get a delicious meal on the table in no time. AND clean up was a breeze too! It was definitely a win win win week for me in the kitchen this week. i could see my pigs eating that and mainly the raviolis and the spinach in cream sauce the get mind when i add flavor to the pinto bean, and when i add fried tater and corn bread they said i was getting to fancy. so you see these boys are in the woods lol, i have a great week,

Mel, If you ever have cooked pasta left over melt some butter in a skillet and cook till brown and crispy in places, really good in place of potatoes.

I was taught that you can tell the flour is cooked in when it smells like pie crust. I suppose I look silly sniffing my roux as it cooks but it works for me.

Everything looks so yummy I make something similar to your lasagna skillet, mine starts out the same as yours but I then transfer everything to a casserole and bake it really good. I’ll have to try the others, but that’s going to have to wait till I feel back up to power, I woke up over the weekend with a fever and body aches so have no stamina at all and not really hungry. That one was my favorite too! And when I made that ravioli again, I will brown up some chicken in the pan first then proceed on with it. I think that would really add some flavor! I am so glad that you liked the candles, years ago my daughter sold some for a fundraiser and I had not had any in so long. Hi! Love your channel! I’m a new subscriber and have really enjoyed cooking with you. By the way you mentioned you couldn’t find the little lasagna noodles. They call them mafalda. They are mini lasagna noodles. Or you can boil full size noodles and once cooked cut in pieces or crack in pieces raw and boil them that way. 😁

It's funny because I've seen mafaldina in the stores before, but when you want it - no where to be found LOL I did have some of the oven ready lasagna noodles and thought about doing what you said with them but I could not decide whether to try and boil them and I knew it would not have enough time in the skillet to cook up either LOL It was really good in the end and pretty easy prep and clean up too. On the ravioli skillet meal, could you use the meat filled ravioli? I don’t know if that would work with the sauce. I was also wondering if you did the recipe like you did and add some cream cheese to the sauce if that would work? I love white sauce with spinach and cream cheese.. my motto is, “You can never have to much cheese in a dish! Especially pasta or pizza 😊😊.. thanks for sharing your recipe and experience with me and I just love your channel! I love one skillet pasta dishes! Definitely recommend using a spaghetti sauce for any kind of lasagna skillet, I sometimes make something similar to that one, but I use spaghetti sauce and I also add some pepperoni in mine since I also put that in regular lasagna. The taco skillet also looks so flavorful and delicious, and every time you make sandwiches or sliders like those ham ones I just think about you cutting the bread but you didn't show that part this time!
These were all brand new to me and with just a little tweaking they were all great 👍 I always think of you when I slice them too 😂 I was trying to keep it short and sweet, because seems like I make sliders alot 😂 Thanks for watching friend and I have you and your family in my prayers 🙏❤
