I'm so sorry you and your family are going through this! My Mom was on hospice a few years ago. Unfortunately my sister and I are at the beginning of the hospice process for our Dad. My heart goes out to you and I'm glad you all are enjoying these great videos ❤🙏
I want to thank you. I made the pierogi lasagne recipe for coffee hour at my church. I belong to a Russian Orthodox church and they make pierogies from scratch every month. The parishioners loved it and many complimented it, calling it deconstructed pierogies. That is high praise from these people.

Diced canned potatoes are just so time saving - and heaven sent to someone like me who can hardly stand for more than a few minutes at a time. This breakfast looks great, and I use them in my quick black bean soup that uses all canned items. Can't beat things that are easy to make.

Great options. I’ve recently started buying. Few groceries from Dollar Tree. So far my favorite foods are their 6 pack of English muffins, shelf stable milk, and Campbell’s 30% larger cans of tomato soup and chicken noodle soup. Debi in Vicksburg, MS. 🥰🥰
I'd use the extra water from cooking the ramen noodles to make the stir fry sauce. The extra starch might help it be a little saucier. Also, soft-boiled eggs would be a good protein replacement if someone can't get or doesn't want the potstickers.
Thanks so much! I'm loving watching your videos for inspiration as we try to cut back on our grocery spending. You have a way with being creative AND compassionate in the kitchen, and I'm here for it. 🙌

thank you for making a budget friendly video where halfway through we don't see tons of unbought "everybody has" items, really makes planning on a budget more real.
This is definitely my kind of meal making, I love it. One thing I like to do whenv using canned sauces is to pour the broth or water into the can of sauce after putting it in the skillet, swirl it around to pick up the last of the sauce and then pour the rest into the skillet. That way you can make sure and use every last bit in the can. I love this video ❤
I appreciate you talking us through the recipe. Not only are we learning recipes but how to evaluate and adjust. Both are good to know. Taco pasta: maybe one can of chili at the beginning and more pasta. Once it cooks down and absorbs some liquid (and there's more room) add 2nd can of chili.

I have got to try these skillet meals. They all look so good, and easy, plus I'm running over to the Dollar Tree on Monday. Hi we made the breakfast sandwiches with sausage . The cheese we had and the muffins were free with my cvs 10 care and I just spent 2.49 on sausage at target . Used 1/4 for pasta meal thank you 😊
I’m eligible but haven’t bothered applying for the very reason that SNAP pays for cheap, unhealthy foods and does nothing to support good nutrition. It’s total calories over proper nourishment. I have a severe soy allergy (life threatening), am allergic to msg, have hypertension and psoriatic arthritis. I can’t eat even one of these Dollar Tree meals.
I recommend keeping your pasta water from the ramen as the noodles continue to soak up moisture and you can add a little as you go. I add at least one of the ramen seasoning too and it is always good😊
Just FYI, you could have cooked the Ramen noodles in your beef broth for more flavor. 😋. The breakfast potatoes look really good! My mom always wants me to try the canned potatoes 🥔 😊
There are no food items in the plus section of my Dollar Tree. Mostly household items, a few clothes, some crafting items. None of them that I’ve been to have food in that section. Of course I live in the stix so that could be why. I never buy anything in the plus section because I feel I can get the stuff cheaper somewhere else! Always so happy to see your videos!!!!
Supposedly they are going to be expanding the plus section to all dollar trees with freezers for things like 1 lb of ground beef and whole frozen pizzas and stuff. I have seen it at one store but it was in town which is pretty far from me so I just was kind of passing through 😊

Love using leftover ramen seasoning packets for flavoring rice or even as part of stock for soups.
You are a gift to the internet!!!
You have done it again!
I am really enjoying these videos! So many great ideas! Thank you!
Hi we made the breakfast sandwiches with sausage . The cheese we had and the muffins were free with my cvs 10 care and I just spent 2.49 on sausage at target . Used 1/4 for pasta meal thank you 😊
I tried my own spin on the breakfast meal and it turned out great! Definitely a new go to
I am a vegetarian, but I can still use these meals using vegetarian "meat". Great job! 😊
Perfect! Glad you are able to still make them work 🥰
You and Southern Frugal Momma and cooking with Brenda Gantt are wonderful ladies. ❤
If you do not have a lid for a skillet, just use a sheet pan to cover and make sure to use a mitt or towel when removing to check on your food.
I’ve been sick all day. But genuinely watching these made me feel better. And when my food stamps reup I’ll definitely try some of these recipes!!!
The seasoning packets are great to add to soups or stew instead of plain salt and you can using flavoring packs to make homemade salad dressings.
Your dishes always look so appetizing. Thank you so much for doing this channel. I love shopping at Dollar Tree.
Dollar tree also has shrimp cooked or uncooked kind and that would go great with the ramen recipe
You did a great job creating your meals. Blessings!!
I recommend keeping your pasta water from the ramen as the noodles continue to soak up moisture and you can add a little as you go. I add at least one of the ramen seasoning too and it is always good😊
Good bones. I don't think that your kitchen is outdated at all. It's beautiful. Tiles and your countertop will never go out of style.
I have seen it at one store but it was in town which is pretty far from me so I just was kind of passing through 😊
This woman's keen; economical cooking, affordable food that tastes good and (Thank goodness) doesn't hog the camera
I am new to your channel, you have such a great way of explaining everything. We should all be able to follow you with no unanswered questions on the recipes. I hate it when someone posts a dish you want to try but don’t give you the recipe. I consider myself a good cook but I’m not good at making up recipes or substituting ingredients. ❤️🥰
Ramen seasoning packets are great for making savory oatmeal.
Ohhhh....yummy quick meals. Mine will be done in my electric frying pan. Thank you! 😉
