@@Stallion_oge Thanks!

Your channel is amazing in every way. Educational, satisfying and quality. Tho the edits can be little more smoother :)
Would love to see a video on mole removal, especially for dark skin!
If Dr. Sandra Lee and Dr. Youn collab-that would be epic. You both are the coolest!
That would be dope!
The best way to knock out two birds with one stone 👏🏻
She was who I thought of when I realized it wasn't a boob. They would be the best medical collab.

I ain’t even mad. I’d rather he promote his own products than “RAID SHADOW LEGENDS! DOWNLOAD NOW FOR FREE! “ B.S. or other ads. Kinda like monetizing yourself. The real question is; do his products work with the majority of the people?
EDIT/Add: He also keeps it rather short. Some UA-camrs spend literally half of their vids to self promote, while only providing minimal content. So I do have to give this man his credit, regardless.
This comment is actually pretty inspiring tbh
People: Ewww that's disgusting
Dr. Youn: *It's satisfying*
I am Dr. Youn-
super gross but super satisfying

If you don't spend every first 3 minutes of the video just mesmerized by Dr. Youn's skin and magnificent glow, you are lying.
Thank you!

Watched this episode, this dude is like one of the most wholesome human beings in existence. So glad he found Dr. Lee for help.
The fear and denial piece is something I relate to alot. I've had confluent and reticulated papillomatosis (CARP) for the last 6 years of my life, and it's settled itself mainly on my chest and neck. I'm transgender, and I have a lot of dysphoria about my over-sized chest, so I mainly just let it go and hoped it would go away on its own someday. Well, when it started spreading to my face and the spots on my neck darkened even more, and I was planning out my top surgery (which they'd likely deny me for if the condition was still all over the areas they needed to cut into), I just couldn't deal with it anymore. I've been on treatment for it for almost the last year now, and I'm so glad that it's almost gone. The embarrassment and distress from having my chest exposed, touched, and examined by a doctor is very very worth it compared to getting rid of that itchyness and further securing my safety during my operation this winter.
Dr. Youn your expressions are respectfully hilarious.
Haha thanks!
some of the animations and illustrations are hilarious too XD
Sometimes these things get that big because removing it is considered cosmetic and insurance won't cover it.
:'(
The american healthcare system is sick and corrupt. Same with the prison system, really sad country.
I mean this is the nicest way possible, FUCK America.
Honestly was looking for this comment. After watching a few of his videos I really wondered why he never mentions insurance as the most common reason things get left alone.
Being that it could be cancerous, most insurances would cover biopsy. If cancerous, most insurances should cover removal. Sounds like he said he was too scared to know whether or not it was.

Remember, when you have something growing in your body, like a baby for example, better let someone check it out to find out if it is benign or malignant.
My God... 😂😂😂
malignant babies are massively underdiagnosed
I love it how Youn is blushing in satisfaction during the lipoma removal while I'm almost crying in horror.
Dr Youn has conditioned me to be unbothered with these graphic images 😂

@@supernoodle704 yes plus detailed stories in the operating room during dinner.
Lipomas are composed of adipose/fat tissue, are mobile, soft to the touch, typically painless and present subcutaneously. These are surrounded by a thin, fibrous capsule that is not attached to the underlying muscle fascia. These masses are typically less than 2 inches wide but may be larger👍
Thank you!!! 😁

I totally agree with your last point. I am a dentist and physicians love to call us second class doctors. I am aware that the stuff I do seldom saves a patient's life (although it does happen) but if you've ever had a severe tooth ache or had your front teeth finally fixed after being self-conscious for years, you can appreciate the years of training us second class doctors go through. Your next door physician barely knows how many teeth you are supposed to have.
I love how Youn constantly nods his head as if there talking to him
Just Dr habit xd
Dr. Youn: better see doctor earlier so it's easier to treat

Dr. Youn, just a "few" words: You're great. If I would ever want to have a cosmetic surgery I would fly all the way to America, merely to have you as my doctor. I can understand why you are so popular. You are rather professional, educated, understanding, kind, and you've got a great sense of humour! Honestly, you're such a fine person! Besides, one can see how good you are as doctor by simply looking at you! You look gorgeous, like, (at least) 10 years younger than you are and your skin is admirable. Thank you so much for being present on UA-cam and sharing your knowledge with us. I've already learned so much from you. :)
I can imagine how relieved he feels, how much more confidence he feels.
Hello Dr Youn, medical student from India here
I don't normally comment and I don't know if you will see this or not but you are truly an inspiration sir! I wish I can learn to communicate as effectively as you do.I love watching your videos and look forward to more of these in the future.😊

You are a great speaker, Dr. Youn. I like that you not only share your wealth of medical knowledge, but you understand the patients’ perspective and discuss the compassionate side of plastic surgery. I think the media skews it to be an industry of vanity, but it is equally as important as other fields of medicine and for many people it restores their quality of life.

curious question, do plastic surgeons do cysts and lipomas? or do dermatologists mainly do that
Probably depends on the size. A plastic surgeon can make sure that the scaring in minimal and can do skin grafting if needed
Some might - I don't
My dad had skin cancer removed from his face and was referred after to plastic surgeon to repair way scar looked. But he decided not to go bc it was very small and not that noticeable unless he pointed it out

Been here with dr. Yoon when he only have like 100k subs now its close to a million nowm
His channel really took off in a crazy spike, when I first subbed to him I wondered why he didn’t have more subs. His older content is quite different but still really interesting so I recommend checking it out (more information density imo). I think letting his personality show more is what helped his channel grow, plastic surgeons have some negative stereotypes but Youn is really sweet.
