@Bad Boys Boogie I don’t know for men if it’s worth getting into, but for me it was. I mainly had regulars who would buy from me. Sometimes I could charge up to $100 for a pair. A lot of dating apps will have people on it. Onlyfans now a days. There’s like Reddit and tumblr communities. Obviously be careful not to give out personal information or locations. Always meet in neutral spaces or mail using the same address as sender and receiver. Safety first.

I have a big pet peeve of seeing people’s lace, it just looks tacky in my opinion😂. You could always try covering it tho with a pretty headband. But yh its definitely a skill because it takes a lot of practice to install a wig that well.

@@BooksandBuns not all wigs tbh, it really depends on the quality and look you are going for. Some people don’t mind it being apparent that they are wearing one, and some go for a very natural and believable route. Even higher quality wigs need some love and tweaking like styling, practice in installation, etc to look like real hair ☺️ so it’s impressive to see someone who has enough skill or experience to really pull the look off
What I don’t get are doctors who allow this kind of over done or excessive type of cosmetic surgery??? I get to some it’s about money but stttiillllll 😧😧😧

I assume that it's to see what they can do versus what they should - without "hurting" the patient and "botching" the surgery ):
pretty much any MD with some surgery background can perform cosmetic surgeries. Even dentists can preform some but i think they are limited to facial work. Moral of the story is make sure you are going to a board certified plastic surgeon.
I appreciate that Dr. Youn has a healthy balance of giving sound medical advice while also reacting as a normal person would to these extreme cases. Going too far in either direction (only being analytical and acting like it doesn't phase you) or (only acting horrified and not giving any pertinent information) makes ppl seem fake.

I personally like the idea of selling used underwear from flea markets or from thrift stores. There are technically used underwear, but not used by me.

Body dismorphia is a hell of a problem and can drive people into overfixing their bodies. A similar one but unrelated to surgey is bigorexia, where body builders will look at their physique and genuinely think they just aren't big.

I'd love to hear more about treatment for ketoid scarring. I have a friend whose pimples get infected and often turn into those types of scars. They really hurt her a lot and she has tried so many things to lessen them / lessen the pain

At what point do these surgeons say “No, that’s enough?” cause sometimes it just feels like they just keep going and it gets worse.

A lot of these gals run across the border because decent, moral, Board Certified Plastic Surgeons don't perform these ridiculous breast augmentations. But, there are still shady docs in the States who obviously had their fingers crossed when they took the Hippocratic Oath. Unfortunately, they usually aren't stopped until a patient suffers a catastrophic complication. Like the Doctor in Miami who had EIGHT patients die after performing Brazilian Butt Lifts. Yes, it took 8 deaths to shut them down. 😠
people with severe body dysmorphia are cash cows in their eyes. shes clearly unwell, trying to maintain a lifestyle that isnt sustainable

He would be an awesome instructor or professor. We had no MD’s instructing in nursing school until our clinicals, but he would be awesome at teaching anatomy and physiology. My instructor in labs was ok; the classroom instructor was deadly boring.
I really appreciate that Dr. Youn and the Drs on Botched approach patients so humanely and respectfully, and seem to genuinely care - so unlike the pervy avaricious cosmetic surgeon stereotype

I can’t imagine ever getting implants. I have a small chest, and I like it that way. I’ve worn an A32 bra size for as long as I can remember.
Good for you! I’m at the opposite end of the spectrum with 42DDD and I’ve never been happy with my breasts. They were either too big or not big enough and that fluctuates for me. Now that I’m older I’m sort of over it and just wear sports bras that are comfy and keep my boobs from getting in the way. At some point in the future I may consider a reduction or a mastectomy when I’m at my goal weight, but I’ll have to see when I get there.
Honestly I want to get bigger breast naturally. I rarely wear bras but my bra is 32A as well

Same here. I'm a 34B and I honestly wish mine were 32A. It's probably weird to some people, but I love the flat-chested look. I've never wanted big breasts. I have a friend who is a DD, and her mother is a G! I've heard about the problems they have. No thank you!

Interesting to learn about the "star burst" areola scarring from surgery. I guess you could say I had an extreme breast reduction, but it's more so an altered type of mastectomy, which keeps the nipples and areolas intact but makes them smaller. It's intended for female-to-male transsexuals to get a flat and more masculine appearing chest. Which I am, transsexual, and I had that surgery 7 years ago and I'm very happy with it! It doesn't look perfect, it's a fairly mediocre result for that type of surgery, but that's fine enough for me. Honestly it went above my expectations and that should tell you a lot about how desperate I was...
So, I'm not here to complain or ask for medical advice or anything like that. Also, I probably don't want more plastic surgery. Maybe once is enough. But I've just always been a little bit puzzled about the shape of my areolas, since the surgery, as they do have that bumpy outer edge. Not concerned, but just curious.
The scars are flat, so probably not keloid (I've seen pics of keloid scarring, can't relate) but they give my areolas an almost flower like shape, just like on the girl in the video. Except mine did not stretch. They're still barely penny sized. I really don't mind my scars. They make my chest look unique. It was just fascinating to hear about the particular way my skin scars! Because I've never heard of it happening to someone else before, but I knew I couldn't be the only one.
My guess is that what happened, is that the tiny puncture wounds from where the stitches were pulled through during surgery developed scar tissue, some of which blending together with the scar tissue from the incision. Because that happened in all places I had stitches from that surgery on my chest. Including the 6 round-ish extra scars along the long horizontal scars under the nipples/areolas. Some of those puncture scars grew kinda big and made the entire look of the scars... looking kinda wiggly. But I don't mind having wiggly scars either.
So I don't think the woman in the video was entirely wrong when she mentioned stitches? Like obviously that's not the actual stitches themselves, around her areolas, but I think likely scarring from the puncture wounds that the stiches were pulled through, as that's what I think happened on my chest, but I'm not a skin expert or plastic surgeon myself, so I could of course be wrong.
I like Dr. Youn's transition to his skincare line better than most other people promoting their products 😅

Sometimes, like if I'm thinking about my late father, I get emotional because he seems like the kind of person my dad would've been friends with. It amazes me - and to be honest, saddens me a bit - how many people have health issues (or could come to have health issues) because of plastic surgery & they risk their health for the way they look. I'm sure it goes deeper than just wanting to look hot. I think for some it might be a body dysmorphia problem. Either way it makes me sad.
