Not exactly a politically correct comment, so be warned:
I'd assume an implant can collaps regardless of the size. I doubt the doctor can be blamed for this one in particular collapsing. Even the tit that didn't collaps looked miserable and that was foreseeable. So where do you draw the line? She got exactly what she asked for. Huge freaking breasts that were out of the question to ever look good or attract anybody above double digit IQ.
Not feeling the slightest bit of compassion for this woman. If you are stupid enough to get breasts as large as these, you have to accept the risks and consequences. If you thought there were no risks or consequences, you deserve it even more. Darwin style. If the doctor actually assured her that there are zero risks, he surely is also to blame but I doubt that's what has happened. She probably had to fill out dozens of pages of paperwork, informing her about the risks. And even without paperwork, you are also to blame if you are not smart enough to realize by yourself that the risk of shit hitting the fan will be higher, the bigger you pump 'em up. Unless you are literally mentally challenged of course, then whatever caretaker is responsible for them is to blame for not stopping them. But she doesn't exactly seem mentally handicapped to me.
Compare it with gender change operation. You ever saw makeshift fake genitals of people who diagnosed themselves as transgender? It's mutilation and cripples you for life and the chances of this operation changing your life for the better are insanely much lower than this being the last straw driving you towards depression or suicide.

I don't understand why doctors will do this. It's crazy! How can it not be considered unethical?! And adding that much weight overnight has to be killer on your back. When I got into recovery for my eating disorder, I went from a B cup to DD in 3 weeks. That was almost 10 years ago and my back still hurts.

I lost my left nipple and areola complex after reduction in 2009. It was super depressing, watching the black nipple literally fall off and having to pack the golf ball size hole with Dakins solution and gauze, for months, until it filled in and could be reconstructed. But I got a new surgeon and she was able to finally tattoo an areola and make a nipple out of a technique used in mastectomy reconstruction. The tattoo color made it the same pink shade as the right breast. While it did take time to work through the complicated emotions, I'm still glad I decided to have a breast reduction. I just wish I'd investigated my surgeon a bit more, and not accepted him because he was recommended by my health insurance company.

If only there was a way to make women understand the idea of being careful what they wish for. I get wanting to do something that makes you feel better about yourself. I would dream of telling anyone not to do something they want to with their body. I would however like to warn them of what they could be getting themselves into. I'm trans and have experimented with a lot of looks and that to figure out what makes me feel most comfortable in my own body. I still have people comment how my long hair was so perfect and I'm pretty the way I am and shouldn't want to lose weight or work out or have surgery. These things have made me happier in myself and I have gotten closer to those friends who support me in change and experimentation and vise versa (within reason of course, nothing that isn't safe and that).

I developed body dysmorphia even before my teenage years, and now I as a young adult, understand how necessary it is to have someone in your life to tell you that it's not all about "fitting" into the definition. 😲😲😲The human body is resilient in the most weirdest of ways. You have someone who eats healthy and lives a healthy life BUT they get breast cancer and die or lose their breasts. Then you have someone with a botched plastic surgery, burst leaking breast implants, scar tissue, old age and multiple surgeries BUT they walk away OK. That's amazing! Same with how some people get shot 23 times and survive whilst for others all it takes is one bullet and they're gone. Human bodies are fascinating...

And it probably does something in the reward area of the brain at the start when she made the first enlargement and was tipped more. A somewhat similar tendency can often be seen when people put their weightloss journey online and monetize it, they notice they get more views when they fail and thus continue to fail. AmberLynn Reid have been on a weightloss journey for years and gained hundreds of pounds. HungryFatChick is older and is immobile with serious health issues and started with keto and carnivore and was successful at first which was visible not only on the scale but one could see and hear it on her breath. I'll never understand the philosophy of men liking girls' breasts being 2-3x bigger than their body proportion, it doesn't even look natural or attractive because it's just so big and disproportionate

If there is an easy way to increase the penis size through plastic surgeries, many guys will pack pounds in their underwear. There are penile enlargement surgeries, but the results are not as good as breast enlargement surgeries.

I love the amount of information you give us about the techniques and the compassion is so clear on your face when you watch these. If I ever got plastic surgery I would hope it was with a doc as caring as you! I am quite happy with my body but can relate to the crushing weight of too big boobs. I've been blessed with height 5'9" so it hasn't been disproportionate but I have 36F and have been considering reduction and/or a lift strictly for the pain reduction. Thanks for helping us understand all of the risk involved

OMG I think my reconstruction post mastectomy is terrible but this is something else. It makes me cry for her. I declined a lift to my remaining breast when he said he would use my remaining nipple to create a nipple for both breasts. I wish I hadn't had the reconstruction in the first place. A tattoo on that side would have been more attractive.

I had a HUGE difference with my breasts. One was almost completly flat while the other one was big. I say that i got one boob from my mom and one from my dad 🤪 Anyways. Liftet up the big one and put in an inplant in the other one. I was smoking back then and was told i had to stop smoking two weeks before the surgery, and had to wait a few weeks after too. If you smoke there is a higher chanse of losing the nipple

I'm a cancer patient who had "read brea$thst syndrome". It is a rare condition and I've had at least 20 procedures and 3 double mastectomies (or dual replacements) to try to address. I'm about to undergo yet another revision in 3 weeks and this was so helpful. I'm very nervous as most of my breast tissue was removed in the breast cancer removal double mastectomy, and I am a thin woman.

If you get regular mammograms, and everything is healthy, do you “have” to change them out? I have saline, and my doctor said to not change it out, just to change it out. If I’m happy, and everything is healthy, he said I don’t need to change it out. I was originally told to change it out every 7-10 years. I’ve never had any issues, and it’s been 15 years. Is that dangerous?

I’m having my 26 yr old implants removed April 15. The left side of the left implant is rock hard from radiation treatments after chemotherapy. I’m a bit worried about the removal process because the skin in that area is incredibly thin. I will not be having new implants put in as I am 58 yrs old. I’m meeting with my plastic surgeon tomorrow and I can’t wait to hear what her plan is. Please say a prayer!

Dr Youn, 1st I want to say I love all your videos. 2nd, I appreciate your expert input here. 3rd, this is my issue; I had implants put in 4/1/1994 with a lift. These were the implants that were taken off the market, so long story short I still have the same implants in because of financial reasons. I have been having pain with the same one for years, my mammograms are fine so the PCP thinks it's in my head!! There is no way I can afford to have them taken out and a different implant put in, I do have insurance but no one will say it is medically neccesary, what do I do? HELP Thanks

I know about "gray". I had knee surgery on my CRPS leg (had to be done) and post-surgery, they came and got me out of bed, and straight up said, "back to bed with you". My leg turned gray when standing. Afterwards it sort of fixed itself, but the post-surgical aftermath was *real* as real can get. I did have to have the surgery because my knee was full of debris after a dashboard injury and it hurt like hell. They did leave the other knee (which didn't hurt as badly) alone and said, "no more".

Hi Dr. Youn, When I was heavier, I had a breast reduction. I was a decent full-ish C after surgery. Now I've lost about 200 lbs and now I have just loose skin and I can't even fill a training bra. Is it possible to get small implants after a breast reduction? (And I never thought I was actually want or need implants after being born with such huge breasts.)
