My mum works at a school for disabled kids with additional needs, she’s an absolute Saint, one day she came home with a CD as a band had came in and played for the kids and that’s when i fell in love with Skerryvore ❤ came in many times after that too! Beautiful souls with a heart gold and voices of angels.
Was driving up with my wife from Ben Nevis to Loch Ness and this song came on the radio will never forget that day thank you Skerryvore X

Im from India and I heard this song by complete chance as it was part of a recommended playlist on Spotify. Now it’s the most played song on my playlist and I can’t get over this band and this song (especially the instrumental part). I don’t get why they aren’t more famous and why this song isn’t more popular. It’s one of the best ones I’ve heard in the recent past.

I was blessed with seeing then for the first time here in California. They were so awesome. I'm a big fan for life. When they come back to the USA I won't miss them for anything in the world.
I’ve only discovered this band in the last week as my good friend had it played at her funeral . She had just watched these at the Isle of Skye festival and sadly passed away the same evening . RIP heather aird sadly missed 💙

Alec Dalgleish is one heck of a song writer. The whole band are consummate musicians and one of the very best live acts around today. They're also a great bunch to talk to at the bar over a dram or three!

New to this band, introduced by a friend on Coll, absolutely love them. Followed Runrig for 30 years. These guys carry the Scottish music scene on into the future effortlessly. Brilliant.

So glad we took a 'punt' on watching this unknown (to us anyway) Scottish band when they appeared in Shrewsbury about 10 years ago. They played in the smaller Walker Theatre at the Theatre Severn. What a great evening we had - first time I've seen an entire theatre audience 'up and jigging'. Have followed Skerryvore ever since and watched them rise in popularity. Long may it continue.

I discovered these guys yesterday at an online Celtic festival. So amazing. This song instantly captured the hearts of me and my husband. We’ve been playing their music while cooking today. 😁 This song/video gives me that feeling of being so happy I want to cry. Well done!! 🥰

Had the privilege to see these guys at the Dublin, Ohio Irish Festival this past weekend. It was purely by coincidence that we sat down before they took the stage. I expected to hear the shrilly bagpipe sound, but they totally blew us away. All the instruments were complimentary of each other in perfect harmony. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Skerryvore !! Hope to see you in Scotland someday.

Came across this song and band just recently through the linedance community with the wonderful Willie Brown (Scotland) & John Robinson (USA) choreographing a fabulous dance 'We'll go Dancing' to this beautiful track. Its been stuck in my head for weeks on end and doesn't seem to want to leave me any time soon! Great bit of music and fab video too. Good one Skerryvore

Seeing you guys perform this last Saturday in Zaisersweiher and me being able to dance with my girlfriend in the first row was just a dream come true for her. This song will now forever have a very deep meaning for her and me. The first time we could really dance after those 2 years of sadness, was very liberating. Thank you!

Someone tell me how you could POSSIBLY give this a thumbs down (there are two at this writing.) Instrumentation, production, lyrics are just about perfect. I've been playing music for an awfu long time in bands both sides the water and this is as good a single as I've heard in years.

Snap 🥰 it’s so weird as I was just about to start looking for “first dance” songs and Spotify randomly started playing this after one of my own playlists that I had been listening to had finished! Think its a sign that this will be my “first dance” song 😍 We are having our reception at home and I’m hoping to get a small ceilidh band for the evening as a surprise, so this song before that is absolutely perfect! 🥂
