The house itself is plenty strong. It is designed to withstand a Category 4 Hurricane. Usually, the problem is not the wind, but what the wind picks up and throws into your home. I would assume there is less debris in the harbor. Jason failed to mention the four piles that can be lowered to raise the house out of the water for enhanced stability and reduced effects from wave action. The only issue is how strong is your back is to move all that outdoor furniture indoors. LOL Hey Jason, if Chelsea buy one, do I get a free weekend on an Arkup? LOL
