Mark shares his 24-year journey in the field of personality disorders and his relationship with BIGSPD, from its humble beginnings 25 years ago, to its growth into a major conference with over 500 delegates. They discuss the evolution of the organisation which in years gone by focused much more on quantitative research and forensic mental health, but is now more interested in qualitative research, coproduction and lived experience.
