Once you get into the island you can spend as much time as you want, until the last return ferry. There is no time limit, the tickets included Ellis island, so if you want to visit Ellis island then you have to manage time like that.

Lmao, I'm a New Yorker born and raised yet never visited the statue. I'm not that interested because of how crowded it can get and tourists can be a little annoying at times (no offence) but I like looking at it on the internet.
