For who this kit will be for, it’s great. Guys that love their stock gto will love their stock gto. Guys drifting, auto crossing, etc etc will love the ability to put some big meat on there. But I agree a little more aggression would be nice
I love my GTO the way it is Keep it factory, I can't even tell you how many compliments on how beautiful the Brazen Orange Metallic factory paint looks on it and how much people say that this GTO never got the recognition that it should have. I had a Mustang guy come up to me at WAWA the other day and told me how much he loved the 04'-06' GTO's, so I say leave them stock...that is my GTO in the pic top left.
My 06 GTO has the same color its a rare color 300 i belive was made in that color ive seen more red black silver yellow ones some white and blue
I love the way my 2004 GTO looks stock. Mine is red and bought some black rims on it. I got some Dead Pool badges on it. It looks really mean with the new rims and tires!! Take care of your GOAT It has been a blast driving one!! Take care...

Lately I've been digging that "bolt on" fender flare look, especially with a duckbill, and front splitter.. it just makes these cars look so aggressive
The Ram Air 6 will ALWAYS be my favorite. If mine wasn't a daily and saw snow, I'd rock a set of flares like the black SUTII racing goat owned by Jutta Haverinen.

i had a gto and for me it was great out of factory but i only wish there was a kit or even getting a front conversion from a g8 gxp it would have looked so much more aggresive!!!

Sure why not, I definitely look into this kit, I'm an older gearhead so something not too aggressive would be fine with me.
Any info on who makes it and a release date?
I like that they didn't make it too aggressive; it helps improve the looks without being too "look at me". Plenty of cars out there do that already and I could have bought one of those if that was what I was after.
The old RA6 widebody was perfect.
Im going holden conversion on mine. already have the bumper. next year will get the fluted fenders and 3 piece hsv spoiler

Buddyrebel would love to see it painted with the kit, a lot of the pics are of unfinished Gto’s
They really just need to add a full body splitter kit. In other words not just a splitter on the front, but side skirt extensions and something for the rear bumper
I like it. I would love to have wider wheel/tires while maintaining some subtleties
Trey i got 19x8.5 the front is on but the rear is wtf was they on i think the rear should go from back of door to rear tail light and i would love to meet up and show you my GTO wile i dont have a supercharger i think you will like it
I don't like the back ones. I wish they would of did the rocket bunny thing and just carried the fender all the way to the back. But like you said maybe I can put some 275-305's on the front now.
Anyway, Hopefully this starts a kit war between shops and we will have some more stuff to choose from. Surely there is some shops that looked at that and said "we can do better than that"
The front fenders aren't that bad but the quarter panel is just not cutting it .it makes the rear wheel arch seem even lower on the panel and let's face it it looks a bit off on the factory quarter. Other then the gas tank in the trunk that's my biggest complaint about my 04. Don't get me wrong I love my goat problems and all .

I agree the effort was sub par but like you said at least the right people know about it and developing kits for it.
In addition the body lines needed to be more aero dynamic and in your face aggressive smoothed out with style. I personally thought the orange rendition of the wide body kit was one of the best illustrations

I do not like the body kit I agree is not aggressive enough.. I have a 2004 GTO and i like the body lines just fine. I always get compliments on my car because it is a rare car these days!! #GTO #PONTIAC #GM

Its not that rare bro wile they are not in production any more they are hard to find mine is rare
They only made 40K, and they're 15 years old now so plenty have probably been totaled out.
@@kurtstoutner2935 I live in Santa Fe New Mexico and there are very few in my small city. That is what i meant by rare. I see Mustangs,Camaros,WRX's,Challengers,Chargers all the time it is nice to have a car that stands out! What do you drive?

rmr used to make a body kit
$1800 it’s not bolt. They suggest professional installation. You can do rivets though. Comes out in May
The fender flares are $1800, duck bill spoiler another $350 and the front splitter is another $400. There are 2 version now. They call them the 1.0 and the 1.5. It just the rear flares are just slightly larger that the other and everything else is the same. So for around $2,500 you can have it all.

Dont like it,it looks too generic, keep the gtos the way they are,a great set of wheels, built engine, enjoy them!
It's kind of hideous. Plus to put a bigger wheel on you have to cut the existing quarter panels. Nice fender flares moulded to the body would be nice.
Boosted GTO most wide body kits on most cars have trimmed quarter panels and fenders so that’s nothing new. I do think fender flares are the way to go.

Id seriously just look at getting a HSV GTO kit sent over from Australia, looks way better than any of this wide body shit and guaranteed you'll be the only one on the streets with a car that looks the way it does in USA...
