- These breakfast toast ideas will be a winner in your home just like in ours! It's one of my Cowboy's favorite breakfast ideas. What's not to love when you use eggs, avocado, toast, peanut butter, bananas and honey. So delicious! It's quick and tasty and will be a go-to breakfast idea in your home. Enjoy

Vickie had to tell you i made your cowboy hash. And my family loves it. My son even made it for supper a couple nights ago. Thank you. Everything should start with cowboy. Like cowboy toast. Cowboy hSh. Lol. Start your own cowboy dishes. Love you guys.

Hi Vickie!!! Sunny side up are Eggs cooked on one side only and the yolk still looks yellow, the whit hasnt been cooked over the top. Runny yolks with the white cooked is over easy, white cooked with the yolk mostly cooked is over medium. White cooked with the yolk cooked solid is over hard and it sounds like you prefer yours that way.
There are other ways to boil your eggs such as soft boiled, medium boiled, hard boiled, and many people cook them by time, 4 minute eggs, or 7 minute eggs. Depending how you like them and what you plan to make.
Your little colt is adorable!! His Momma is beautiful too, Im looking forward to hearing their story.

Medium is whites cooked, yellow runny
Hard or firm is everything solid.
I prefer mine Eadium (cross between easy and medium)
Or
Over easy (whites get done, yellow runny)

I have the toast with peanut butter, butter, jelly before. So tried the banana and honey it was delicious I had two pieces of toast

Over easy (runny whites) and over hard (solid yolk) are the terms your asking for. I love mine over hard for sandwiches and over medium (solid white with runny yolk) with hashbrowns. 💖💖

That does look good! I don't eat bread but I do make a chaffles which are basically cheese and egg waffles. I use a single serving of Keto Chow protein powder, 3 eggs and a cup of shredded cheese. And then I cook them up in a little Dash mini waffle iron. They really have a nice bread like texture. The eggs and avocado would be so good on one! 😊💖
The new horses are nice! The baby is just adorable! I am praying that Lex will have her baby before Maureen leaves. It would be a wonderful experience for her. And I like your new hair style! It is cute on you!💖💖💖

I like my eggs yolk slightly runny, but the whites must be cooked 😂 "over easy". Sunny side up if you don't flip the egg. They were called dippy eggs at some truckstops I ate at in Pennsylvania. Hard cooked for a hard yolk.
Do you dry the egg shells, then crumble them mix in the chicken feed. The calcium adds strength/thickness to your fresh eggs. You'll notice within. 2-3 days of fresh laid eggs.

I like 👍 how you use the peanut butter banana 🍌 toast. I was hoping you would use my favorite hershey's syrup on it. Give the chocolate a try with a grandchild.

Congratulations on cutting sugar, bread just turns to sugar…you’ll feel so much better! That used to be my favorite thing too, love avocado, egg and everything bagel seasoning, just might try a bowl for breakfast soon
I think I'm going to try the banana peanut butter honey toast tonight for a snack, and I think a good name for the little guy would be Rebel. They are both beautiful animals❤😆😍
Hi Vickie! If you are looking to cut out the White flour and sugar good for you! There are Keto breads that net out at 1 carb per slice, have less calories, lots of fiber and taste good. Hero Bread also makes burger buns and hot dog buns too. Natures own Keto bread is good too. You looked sad when you said that you would eat yours out of a bowl. We sub traditional spaghetti for Zucchini noodles (A Zoodler works well) Read labels on the sauces, there are some lower carb spaghetti sauces out there. I do up the noodles and spread them on foil on a baking sheet that I have oiled with extra virgin olive oil and bake for around 25 min on 375.There is a product called Palmini made from hearts of palm that is made into angel hair and linguini noodles. nets out at 2 grams of carbs per serving. You could use those for mac and cheese and linguini alfredo even to go under swedish meatballs ect... I have had to get creative as my Husbands Doc said he needed to cut the carbs and sugar stuff. Did not go totally Keto but made a bunch of changes to eat healthier. We wanted this to be sustainable long term. He lost 20 LBS.
