'Moreno' is painfully, shockingly stupid, even for a cop. As soon as I saw the too-small shirt, I pretty much knew how it was going to go, but he's even less intelligent than I expected. Every moment he is on video, it's one poor decision after another, and another, and another. They really scraped the bottom of the barrel to hire him. I think his employer may throw him under the bus, if it helps them, because he'll be nothing but a liability for them for his entire career.

I doubt that. He doesn’t care. Qualified immunity let’s him walk away laughing no matter what. I just watched a video of a cop doing a retaliatory arrest of a dude because he had arrested him before on some drug charge and figured he was a felon so he wanted to search his car on a random fishing expedition. The cop ASSUMED that his previous arrest was valid and didn’t care about what transpired. All charges were dropped. Then the fishing expedition turned up a legal gun and the cop was excited until he realized the gun was completely legal. Dude demanded to be let out of the cuffs, got all their badge numbers and now has a harassment lawsuit being filed. Cops don’t care. They just arrest people and who cares if the charges stick. They have their dream job. To fuk with people that they don’t like, all day long.

Don't you mean dismissed WITH Prejudice? I believe WITHOUT Prejudice means to dismiss, but charges can be refiled.
Without a court recorder there can be no appeal. Best advice is to contract your own to guarantee the errors are preserved for Appellate Court ruling 👍🏻

NM doesn't have jurisdiction on federal lands.
They may be stretching this out to reach the limits of when you can file a lawsuit. Better check that out.
They have already been served. They can wait 10 years if they want. Statute of limitations stopped when I served them.

If memory serves, you notified Moreno he had no jurisdiction prior to arrest. This means you provided the knowledge that proceeding absent jurisdiction was a Constitutional violation which means he loses any QI he may have been afforded 👍🏻

I’m not from the USA yet even I know State Officials do not have jurisdiction on Federal property! I’m staggered the DA even prosecuted the case…
also, any defendant can hire their own court reporter. This will ensure the accuracy of records
They would not allow me to do that. We will go over that in some of the next videos. They wouldn't let me hire a court reporter, and they also refused to issue subpoena for the hearing. We will cover that.

lets see if i understand this correct. You didnt have a reservation because you cant reserve site 21. its a first come first serve site. Someone already was in it....Am i right so far??? I know its first come first serve by looking at the proper web sites Now they might not have been sitting there or have a tent or camper there but if the post is tagged you dont get to show up and decide you are gonna take it from the other camper. nope. host told you that you needed to move sites? then a little later you hadnt moved and you pissed off the host who reserves the right to send you away which he did. He called the cops to have you tresspassed or removed. You are gonna find out RRM has a contract with the forest service to oversee the campgrounds or day use or other things. That is the authority the host needs to have you tresspassed if you dont leave when asked to. Local cops are the law in many forest service areas. the have agreements with the feds. Some of the forest service places are just to remote to just have fed LEO around. You may also discover that the RRM host isnt an employee of RRM. He is a 1099 contract worker. That frees up RRM if he does something wrong. I can assure you suing the host personally is fruitless. he is either doing host work cause he needs the free site or he has money in the bank but he isnt stupid so its well protected. its like a 9 our of 10 are just brokeish and need the site. 1 out of 10 do it for shits and giggles.

Camp hosts often attempt to abuse their authority to discriminate who can use which camp sites. Camp hosts will try to "save" the best camp sites for their friends and family. This camp host needed to get rid of Lane because if Lane stayed at a different camp site, Lane would be around to see that the camp host had improperly "saved" the site for his friend/family.
@@ksf1107 exactly, and during 4th of July weekend. He tried to pull a fast one on the wrong guy. Then I caught him, and he definitely needed me gone. He also refused to accept our Park pass to get a discount.
He is a piece of shit who got caught at his own game. At no point was the campsite reserved prior to us setting up on it. He admits that in the deposition.
